Went on a Sunday and Dana was great. Food was Hot, Fresh and Good. Went back on Wednesday to grab breakfast before work. Ordered my 2 for 6 croissant ham sandwiches. Also ordered the Ultimate Crossiant meal. Ordered an additional hash brown and Large Sweet Tea without ice. I was told that they didn't have any sweet tea made. Was pulled ahead because I had to wait for my order and when I got it, I seen that I had three sandwiches and the hashbrowns, so I left. Only to find out that the Ultimate was not on the bag. Instead it was just a sausage croissant. I immediately called to speak to the Manager. She said their was a mix up and apologized. I will replace it if you want to come up here. Ok well I can't ad I have to be at work and I don't have the time right now. She took my name told me to come back up and she would replace it all. Go back the very next morning. Explained to the lady everything that happened and my name should be in the book. She was rude and very short with me. Demanding to see the receipt and telling me is only going to give me the sandwich if I have a receipt. I also ordered additional food. I look for the receipt which I don't have I am addicting I threw it away with the bag. She ends up giving me the sandwich with what I ordered. Get to sit down and eat. Read moreI am a medical courier at night. Finding places to eat super late can sometimes be hard. One night, Jan 14th, 2025 to be exact, right before closing (11:39pm), I swung in the drive thru to get a quick bite. I had expected the worst since I was literally pulling up to the menu so close to closing. Surprisingly, I was greeted by an absolutely clear voice over the intercom ready to take my order. I placed my order, which also mind you included some special requests. I was then given my total and told to pull around. Once I arrived to the window, a well groomed guy with long dreads reached out with my drink already made and repeated my total as I handed him my credit card. Not for one moment did he give any attitude or sigh because he was there late still dealing with customers. Once my food was passed to me, I opened the bag to check all was there. Not only was my order spot on, but it was so extremely hot, I could not even sample a fry! I literally drove away and waited for nearly 3-5 minutes for the food to cool before that first delicious bite. I don't know his name, but whoever he was he did an amazing job. Very customer friendly. Very attentive. And for working the drive thru til close, he had a great attitude. Amazing service, hot delicious food, and very speedy. You guys rock! When we walked in, the dining room floor was completely covered in water from a leaking soda fountain. Neither the staff nor management seemed concerned, even after both of my children slipped and I nearly fell myself.
On top of that, I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order: an 8-count chicken nugget, an 8-count chicken fry, and one medium fry. The restaurant was nearly empty—only one other customer was inside, and he also had to return his food because his burger was freezing cold. Despite checking on my order several times, it was only completed after a long delay, and once I got to my car I realized the fries were missing. This meant I had to go back through the drive-thru, only to receive cold fries.
To make matters worse, while waiting, a staff member kindly offered my children ice cream to make up for the wait, only to then admit they were out. It’s very frustrating to promise something to young children only to disappoint them further.
Between the unsafe conditions, the extremely long wait, the missing/cold food, and the poor service overall, this visit was unacceptable. The staff seemed unmotivated and unprofessional, and the experience left me...
