White Castle — Restaurant in Shiloh

Absolutely the most rude lady in my life I just lost a family member was picking up food for my sister in law and apparently I was reading the order wrong. The young man at the window was super sweet and asked his boss (I'm assuming) she came to the window with a very abrupt attitude and stated that was all that was ordered the amount that was paid but I'm not from here i had no idea what that amount meant and closed the window and just left me sitting there confused as heck.i pulled up to the second window since the truck left figuring that they would come talk to me up there I sat there for about 5 minutes before the young man asked what he could do I stated I guess I needed to order more I couldn't get ahold of my sister to find out what we needed. He said ok and a few minutes later she comes back and asked me what I needed shut the window on me again when I tried to hand her the money talked and then opened it and said the amount again at this time I wasin tears flustered hoping I had enough food for everyone... she asked with the worst attitude like I was the most horrible person if I needed any sauce I said I don't think so she handed me the bag and slammed the window again. I never raised my voice I was actually very quiet as I was very emotional and trying to hide my hurt this day. I've never left a bad review this detailed but I just really need people to know to be very careful how you treat others you never know what's going on in someone's life. I felt bad like I did something wrong but after calming down a day I realized it was not me I did nothing but get confused and worried about feeding others. I know it's just white castle but it...

I'm almost completly done with the White Castle in Shiloh. The reason I go to it is because its closer to my home and I enjoy fresh White Castles over the frozen anyday. But, I dont have a clue to why they make it their business to completely SCREW UP my order EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO to the Shiloh Illinois location. They repeat it back and I THINK its "100% right" I get my condaments upon request and handfuls unlike their competator next door. eye roll any way they didn't put the RIGHT things IN the bag!! I ordered 2 bacon cheese with pickle 2 regular cheese 6 pc chicken ring order of onion rings with cheese and a 3 pc cheese stick. The order was right EXCEPT there were PLAIN hamburgers IN cheese burger boxes. I feel like they ALMOST ALWAYS forget something in my bag or put it in there and its not right. The sign that says "now hiring" needs to come down and they need to make the employees there actually do their job. Kind of makes you think... And Refuse to call or go back up there they just need to PAY ATTENTION to what they are PUTTING in their customers bags especially through Drive through. Just...

Our food was hot, delicious, and served quickly. While you have to ask for anything you want, like napkins and ketchup, Etc, it's an understandable post pandemic norm that these things are not left out for people to pick through. They had a pretty good line of people in the drive-thru as well as inside, and they were working hard and efficiently behind the counter. No one looked overjoyed to be there as far as the employees went but it is what it is as far as that goes. The dining room was not very orderly or kept up and there was trash and dirty tables throughout. Again, they were staying fairly busy but once the dining room and drive thru customers had slowed to a trickle, no one was coming out to clean the dining area. It's unfortunate that even at $15 an hour, customer service is not the priority nor is cleanliness, but I am perhaps a little bit extra when it comes to those details having worked in the industry. Overall, I would go back because who doesn't love a good belly bomber every now and then? That smoked cheddar was delicious, and my onion rings...
