I have gone to this location no less than 10 times. Every single time I have gone there has been something wrong with my order or someone was rude to me at the window. The last three times I have gone through this drive-thru. No one has said a single word to me at the pickup window. This visit I decided to some tater tots with my normal latte.
They literally handed me a bag of still frozen tater tots and gave me an iced coffee instead of a latte. Interestingly, the iced coffee thing has happened not once not twice but three times. I am ordering in the app... I know that it is not a miscommunication. I know that I am ordering the right thing. And I know that it was intended for me because it literally has my name... On a sticker.... Attached to the side of it.
Their attention to detail or any sort of quality is actually so negligible that I am concerned about the safety of the food that I am eating at this point.
You have lost a customer forever.
I will be going to the Fairview heights location despite the fact that I live 5 minutes away from this one.
As someone who used to work in food service I quite honestly don't understand how you can be so bad at your job ..... And it be like the entire store. This has got to be some of the worst management of all time at this point.

Made a list before I went thru the drive thru in Ofallon,IL since you cant go in. Half the doughnuts I selected from the online list they didn't have or carry. I got home and they put different doughnuts in then what I wanted instead of offereing a different one or say they dont have. The doughnuts did not have a flavor to them. Honestly, it was like they were made over night and then put out. No reason the doughnuts should have been that stale 2hours after opening. I would not recommend Dunkin anymore. Read moreI ordered online and when I went to pick up they didn't have what I ordered available. I was told to cancel my order and make a new one without the item. They charged me for both orders and are not responding to requests for refund. On top of that this location is slow, food is stale and seems like owner and workes don't know how to run the place. I will never go back to any Duncan llocation.I advice that you go to Starbucks or Panera, so much better food, coffee...
