We go to Burger King whenever we have that craving for a flame grilled whopper. I had the Ghost Pepper whopper, it was pretty anti-climactic. All you get is an orange bun (which tastes the same as a normal bun) and some dried jalapeño pieces. No Ghost peppers to speak of. Anyway, the taste was good, as whoppers always are. The ghost pepper chicken fries were a JOKE, they don’t look like the picture at all I believe I got screwed. The picture shows a fry carton with what looked to be at least 10 chicken fries. But what I got was 4 little chicken strips no longer than my fingers in an envelope. And I paid $13 dollars for that combo. Come on Burger King, do better. Bring back the buy one get one whopper, or I won’t be back. The people that were working were honestly working their butts off… they were obviously understaffed as the food took forever. And it was cold by the time we got home (10 mins) nothing the microwave can’t fix, lol. Read moreIf I could leave a negative star review I would. To start it took almost 15 minutes through the drive through. Then I get home to find only half my order. Call, no answer. Just rings. Go back, manager was busy but finally said they would remake the order. Wait another 20 minutes. Get home and my son, who is autistic, bites into his chicken sandwich and there is a 4-6 inch piece of packing tape right in the middle of it.
I returned and the manager first ignored me for over 5 minutes while I waited. She was in the lobby on a personal call. She gets done, sees me again, walks right by me, and I wait another 5 minutes. Finally she comes out, snippy this time and I tell her what happened.
She goes on to say that couldn't have happened, her employees would never do that, no apologizing at all. So I called the police and got a police report filed because I felt thus was in retribution for having to remake my order.
The police said this is one of the worst Burger Kings in town, employees fighting customers, etc.
I give corporate and the owner a chance to make this right in any way, and they just ignored me. Feels...
Read moreThis location is terrible and my coworker had a similar issue recently. I had a 3 minute drive from the job site that I was at to this location, so I submitted my order through the app and headed over. There were 2 or 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, but I wasn’t too worried about it. I sat longer and longer in line waiting and getting nervous about if I would get my food in time. I finally got up to the window and they asked what my order was and tried to charge me again even though I had already paid on the app. After waiting a long time and watching the employees move at a snail’s pace and looking completely clueless, I finally got my drink. After a little longer, I asked if my food was ready and they said that there was another order ahead of mine and they were making mine now, but by this point, I had been waiting over 20 minutes in line, and I had to just drive away without my food to be back to work on time. The service and speed were terrible, and unfortunately, I can’t give any feedback about the quality or taste of the food, but I will not be returning to this location, and I would recommend others to avoid it if...
