I highly recommend Oak Creek Central Bark as a daycare facility for you dog. Abby B. has been going to Oak Creek Central Bark for several years. Abby, enjoys the time here, the business is operated very efficiently, and I feel confident the staff at all times has Abby’s best interest foremost in their mind along with the other dogs too. Sue Ann believes in a ratio of staff to dogs and this varies daily depending on the number of dogs per day, so all dogs are being watched. Abby and I have attended a number of classes offered by Oak Central Bark, and Sue Ann continues to seek out attention-grabbing new classes to not only keep the dog entertained but to continue enhancing the owners dog handling skills. A special note Oak Creek Central Bark Day Care Staff are all trained to watch out for dogs that have special needs or possibly have specialized requirements, ensuring all dogs are happy and enjoying themselves while playing giving the owner peace of mind. I set up an appointment with the man that works here, for July 3rd. I explained my dog was going over the road for a month with his daddy. For some reason, he made the appt for June 29th. What's odd is, I made the appt on the 30th of June. I received a text today, July 3rd saying my dogs appt was coming up. Of course they didn't have my dog scheduled. I'm extremely upset because I trusted he was doing his job and now it will be impossible for me to get my dog in for a groom today or before he leaves wed 5th for a month. I don't think I will reschedule here. The guy put me in a bad place. And of course the6 would not fit me in. So sad, I thought this was a good place. It's obviously not. I would give 0 stars if I could. So I would for sure double, triple check your appts if your a new customer. Update: I received a response and Central Bark, is awesome! They 100% made it right, and on top of that my dog has never smelled so good, he also has never had deshed that was this well done. Both the employees there were so very nice and they took their time with my baby. Thank you so very much Central Bark!! I will see...

At 1st seemed ok. Closer to home but after just 3 visits we could tell it wasn't for us. On the 3rd time while picking up our dog we heard him barking rather loud and very fast. Our dog hardly ever barks. When asked if that was him we were met with a response of yea he barks a lot and essentially said he always acts up when put in the cage. When he went to get him he repeatedly told my dog to sit. My dog sits on 1st command for everyone so it was unusual he did not sit. All 3 times we got him he was very thirsty and would drink a good amount of water. He was very lethargic each time. When we asked for papers we had given them we were told we had to wait because no one could give them out right now yet we had already requested what we needed. We also were told that there were only 2 people there. Not very happy with how things were handled. Although close to home I do not believe young teenagers should be in charge of over 20 dogs at a time. As my 1st puppy day care I was not satisfied with the standards and it did not live up to my expectations. Best of luck but I will not...
