Went to the 13th and Ryan location this evening and had a most interesting experience. Customer service is clearly not an important part of how staff at this location are trained. Tried using the Mobil rewards program to redeem 6000 points for a sandwich. Was told the code was invalid and I explained that this was the code I was given. The staff member then with a significant attitude continued to repeat himself over and over that the code was invalid as I attempted to ask how to fix the situation. There was then a long period of silence before a female responded and asked if I would be using a code. I explained that this was the issue and repeated the code to her. With frustration in her voice she responded that the code was invalid and couldn't be used. I then asked what happens to the 6000 points redeemed and she asked me to refresh the app. I did this and the code disappeared and the app then wouldn't let me redeem anything. This female then said that there was nothing that could be done and started deleting the order from the screen. Seeing this I pulled away and went inside. Once there I asked to speak to the manager who turned out to be the same female who offered to assistance or explanation and instead just deleted the order. She refused to address the issue and told me that this is a corporate issue and there's nothing she could do. When asked about the points she said well they should go back but if not call corporate. Well here we go.... I'm not wasting anymore time with this non sense other than writing this review to warn others that apparently managers at this location will offer no resolution of even a positive attitude when telling you to take it up with someone else because their not dealing with it. Man long gone are the days of quality...
Read moreGave this location multiple tries, kept turning up with mucked up orders. Last time took the cake though; we ordered three meals, Fillet-O-Fish, Big Mac Deluxe, and a 10 pc. nugget. Each meal was large, the lass in the window even verified this. They gave us a plain Big Mac, with nothing but the pickles and ketchup, and a single patty. The fillet-o-fish was half-way off the sandwich, by which I'm surprised it fit in the box, the tartar sauce all placed on one side of the fish. (We're not asking for perfection, but it's like they just half-heartedly put the sandwich together. The 10 pc nuggets were supposed to come with barbecue, but we got honey mustard instead. We got a fry in each size, small, medium, and large; I'm pretty sure large meals come with large fries. The drinks... All medium, they got the beverages right, but the principle of the matter is we asked for large.
Now... I understand it can be hard to listen with your head up your ass, but you're at work, do your job. I know if I handed in my paper work half-done for my monthly reports I'd be catching a lot of heat from the president of my company.
Ethically, we should have made them replace the entire order, especially since we were charged for large meals. (Don't have this problem with the first/third shift crew, just second.)
We're not returning, ever, unless I'm so baked that quality isn't an issue. Never had this problem with other locations. Maybe if the kids behind the counter were less vested in conversing with their visiting high school friends, might actually have some competent employees.
EDIT: On the plus side, they never gave me food-poisoning or Hepatitis A like Pizza Hut did. At the very least I imagine they're following the...
Read moreUpdating for 3.10.24. Generally have decent service here. However, today was mostly a disaster. Thankfully the manager on duty was kind when I had to go in to get my order replaced.
Today, I used app to order ahead a LG mocha frappe w/extra espresso. At this location, it comes in a larger cup. Girl at DT window, handed me a smaller one with caramel. No worries, it happens. I usually just take it & go. Except, I paid more for the espresso & for some reason, the caramel frappes make me ill. So, I said, No, sorry, I ordered the large mocha w/extra espresso.
She rolled her eyes & walked away. Came back 90 seconds later & handed me the same size, but with chocolate drizzle.
I took it & thought maybe they changed their larger cup practice.
One sip told me that there was not the extra espresso AND that she scraped off the whip, added new & chocolate on top. Upon closer inspection, I could see the leftover caramel on the cup & cover.
I parked & went inside. Again, it wasn't a huge deal, but not a fan of paying extra $, to not get what I want & get sick.
Explained to the manager (who greeted me, I didn't ask for her) what I ordered. She immediately apologized & took it back.
That's when I heard the girl complain loudly about me & customers in general. Not acceptable. Also, there's no solid wall, so either the girl wasn't thinking about that, her volume, & her words. Or she just didn't care. Do not be in the service industry, if that's the attitude you're going to have. Especially since I was never cross, didn't yell, or say anything untrue, I didn't even point...
