Read moreI think there's an issue of lack of training and communication at this location. I come here often because I work near by and the last 5 times I have placed an order for pick up there has been an issue. They will either forget to make my order or they make it wrong.
I know it's just a sandwich but it's super frustrating to pay for something consistently that is never done the correct way.
It's an inconvenience to drive back and waste my break for them to remake the sandwich so I just shut up and eat it. But today is the last straw. They forgot the meat on my sandwich and this wasn't the first time.
