Subway — Restaurant in Oak Creek

I've worked at subway and ate at subway. Don't be surprised if you wait longer then usual though. I feel like when a manager is not around they have no meaning of the word fast. I feel like there's a high turnover rate at this particular Subway and they seem to be trained well, but they just don't get a move on and it's frustrating when your the third person in line and it's the 3rd sub Benita has made in 27 minutes... I don't have time or patients to wait that long so after that happening 3 times in a row over a months time, I'll just go to piggly wiggly and buy stuff to make it myself and still be done...

This Subway is close to my home. I’ve gone there many times. I like Subway’s meatball subs, but the last few times I’ve gone there, they were out of meatballs by 5:00 in the afternoon and refused to make any more. All they have to do is take them out of the freezer and heat them. Also they’ve been out of regular Italian bread and wouldn’t make any more. The staff has been rude and acted like it’s a chore to deal with customers. I refuse to go there anymore....

We went there yesterday for supper. 4:45pm and they were OUT of all the breads except the cheese bread and flat bread. We went to a different sandwich shop. NEVER AGAIN!! When I called to speak to the manager the next day she ACTUALLY argued with me that she was there and they weren't out of bread. SERIOUSLY?? Why would we go out of our way to go there just to walk out. Looks like Cousins or Jimmy John's...
