Not user friendly.Run!! Fries & family pack nuggets cold old food sits in back till cold then they bring out. Staff stands in guest area sipping pink drink while my food was missing in back somewhere. Tried passing the cold family meal to us. I asked politely to get hot food… Downhill from there . Insulting manager. We’re definitely writing corporate.
FOOD ITEMS MISSING ..Manager wouldn’t give us food we ordered. Manager was insulting and insinuating that we had missing sandwich, told me there no missing sandwiches. I stated well then you gave it to someone else. Manager ovese Mexican continued to argue and insult me and told me to repay. Why would I repay when you didn’t fulfill my order. Why should we accept 60$ with of cold food that was sitting in back. Wait 15 mins there’s Olive Garden, and many other large variety delicious food and deserving worthy proprietors. ,up ahead, .Wanted us to repay. Older manager lady extremely rude and prejudice. Wouldn’t help with order on filthy kiosk. Ended up getting cashier to add one additional item we couldn’t find on kiosks. Horrible and rude manager. Definitely writing MCD corporation. For the amount of money we spent for three people I could have stopped at Roadhouse in Victorville and had steaks.After ten minutes of upset they found our missing order that the manager claimed she gave us making us out to be liars and food thief’s. Never apologized after insulting me in front of other patron and staff. My husband is a retired triple board orthopedic surgeon....
Read moreThis is the WORST McDonald's I have ever visited. I was headed North on the 15 freeway and need to make a stop. My daughter and I went inside this McDonald's. There was a young woman possibly Hispanic/Caucasian on her cell phone. She had her hair in her face and was holding her cell phone with her left shoulder while getting fries for a drive thru order. She never acknowledged me or my daughter. We went to the ladies room to wash our hands then came back out to order. The same young woman was holding her cell phone looked at us and turned and walked away to continue her conversation. The other young woman with curly hair with a hat on (possibly bi-racial, maybe Puerto Rican or African) was sweeping but stopped to help us since her co-worker wouldn't get off the phone. The second young woman was polite and apologized for the ice cream machine not working and even suggested another McDonald's. Even though it was off our route I appreciated it. I would Highly Suggest the manager look at the cameras to see the night of this incident. When working in a restaurant its disgusting and unsanitary to have someone working with their hair in their face while serving food or touching their mouth with their bare hands then touching cooking/serving equipment. Furthermore, I mean no disrespect by adding their race. I did that so that the proper young woman "hopefully" gets corrected by management and the other one gets recognition for doing a good job. I didn't see a name tag on either of them, otherwise I would of mentioned their names. A side note: There was hardly anyone...
Read moreWe ordered a hamburger with no condiments, just pickles and onions. When we got our hamburgers there was the tiniest amount of onions and 1 pickle. I could almost count each onion on one hand. I went in to get just another sprinkle of onions and extra pickles. But the manager wanted to charge me extra. I explained I didn't want extra toppings, I just wanted what was normally on the burgers. She went on to explain that they barely put a sprinkle of onions and only one pickle for hamburgers. This was very condescending, she acted as if this was the first time I've ever ordered a hamburger. She then let me know that giving me an extra pinch of onions and another slice of a pickle costs the company a lot of money. Of course she said this over her shoulder as she walked away. Very rude for someone who's supposed to be setting the tone for the store. The cashier was nice and felt very awkward with the situation. I did get extra toppings but the manager sent the poor cashier back to me to hand them over and handle what could potentially be an uncomfortable situation. This happened Tonight about 10ish. Very very poor behavior by management. She would rather argue with me over less than a penny's worth of toppings and risk loosing a customer then just make hamburgers just like the other McDonald's.
