If you live in an apartment just be aware when you order delivery. The past few times I've ordered it seems they've had issues finding my apartment. The first time they said that there was no unit listed. I took fault for that, even though it shows a unit number on my end. (Also it won't let you proceed with ordering online without it, if you select apartment.) The second time it happened the driver called asking for the apartment number, I tell him. He hung up, came to the door and said "you need to update your address online." Again I'm confused and unsure why they don't see it because of course after the first incident, I made SURE it was there. (As it was the first time) So when ordering tonight I typed the unit number in anywhere that I could to ensure no confusion for the driver.. well they just couldnt find the unit all together this time and had me to come outside to meet the driver in the parking lot. I never normally have issues with the food, aside from the pizza being uncut tonight, but I just don't know what more I need to do to make it a smooth delivery. I let it go the first two times because technology isn't always the most reliable thing but after tonight I just have a hard time chalking it up to...
Read moreI don't know her name, but to the lady who made my day today. I went to the 329 dominos in Oakridge first to get told I messed up on the location I ordered, no big deal I called and cancelled but the employee and the manager there was clearly annoyed with me. I ordered one order of cheese bread, I'm three months pregnant haven't ate all day due to nausea so I was on edge. But when my order was ready it was covered in oil, had a hair in it and it was basically tossed into the box. To avoid conflict I called back 1952 Dom's and told them what had happened in tears and this woman was so nice and understanding she was even going to comp my order for me but I insist on paying for it then she goes above and beyond and made me lava cakes. I'm in tears, so thank you for making my day better. I'll forever order only at 1952 oak ridge Domino's I will personally dive the extra four miles for better customer service and for better food service. 329 needsto be retrained I worked in food service for 10 years and never treated a customer like this and I had food thrown on me, shows how lazy people are today. Thank for showing your true colors...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s on Oak Ridge Turnpike in Oak Ridge, TN, for years, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered two large pizzas, and one of them was dry, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours—completely inedible for my family.
I called the next day to address the issue, and someone confirmed I could pick up a replacement. However, when I arrived, the staff claimed they knew nothing about the call and refused to provide a replacement. The manager, Matt, was incredibly unprofessional, repeatedly interrupted me, and insisted they wouldn’t replace the pizza because I didn’t call the same day. Instead, I was offered a measly 50% discount, which was insulting given the circumstances.
This experience showed a complete lack of customer care and accountability. I expected much better from Domino’s. I won’t be returning to this location...
