Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

Very bad experience with them tonight. We placed an order at 5:45. At 6:15, the status showed the pizza was delivered, but we didn’t receive anything. We called at 6:20 an we were told it was probably delivered to the wrong address. They will re-make the order and deliver again. We waited until 7:00 pm, still nothing showed up. We called again and spoke with the manager. We were reassured that they will re-make our order and deliver it with the next available driver. Now at 8:40 pm, still nothing. We are very disappointed with the service.

Update: we never received our order that night. The next day, our next door neighbor told us that they found our orders on their front porch cold sitting overnight!!! When I called Dominos when the first order didn't show up, I did specifically explained our address might look similar to our next door neighbor's, and please pay attention to the exact street name. However the delivery person still mess it up, 2 times in a row!! Nobody called to check, or did any follow up. What else should I say?!?? We didn't bother call again and try for the 3rd time, instead we had to make dinner...

The worst experience ever!!! I placed my order on the App as I have countless times before. They called me shortly after to let me know that they were out of one of the items I ordered. No big deal. We discussed and agreed to an alternative and away we went. 45 minutes after the order came out of the oven, I get a call to verify the address as it went to my old address, from 3 years ago. I insisted that they had delivered to the new address countless times since i moved and was told that it must be wrong on the App. I got off the phone, double checked the App and it still has my good address! I called back and they offered to give me some account credit but that’s not good enough. I waited 1.5 hours on a Thursday night for food!! Cancelled my order and will never order from there again. I don’t want food that has been kept warm under a lamp for an hour prior to getting to me. The manager insisted that they had too few drivers. Some chick with brown hair and a ponytail just came and left our pizza on our front porch. 50 minutes later we got looking because the app didn’t even show that it was delivered. We went out to look and lo and behold. It was on the porch with a zillion ants and my husband brought it in and put it on the kitchen counter and opened it and then saw the ants and ran outside with it and then we just had to clean the kitchen down because there was ants on our kitchen counter top. Ring bell shows she never knocked or attempted to “deliver” it!
