The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the experience even better.

Waited 5 min & she hands me heated plain croissant, she hurried to the back. I said it is supposed to be the chocolate one. Another woman yells at another “just give her the chocolate”. I found that comment not aligned with Ritz Carlton standards.
