McDonald's — Restaurant in Oakdale

I went on Friday 12/2/22 evening around 5:30 pm. I was treated so rudely by Barbara that was handing me food over to me and some other lady with blonde/ brown hair that stepped in in the drive thru, I order chicken McNuggets and had asked for bbq and sweet and sour sauce. So I get my bags handed by Barbara ( which I found out her name because little small world I find out she requested me on Facebook because she does photography, which I deleted right away after finding out ) so I ask her can I have some sauce. She tells me they are in bag I tell her no they are not. She keeps arguing back and fourth saying they are and she has to charge me for extra. I tell her no you can’t because I have none in the bag. I tell her here are my bags check I have none and keeps telling me no I have to charge you. So then after a few mins the other lady steps in yelling at me not letting me talk asking how many I told her well it’s for 20 pieces so you tell me. She keeps yelling at me and finally hands me three of each and continues to leave slamming the window on my face. I left crying because they triggered me anxiety and depression so bad. I almost crashed because of them. People can be so rude, now for that idk how long it will take for me to be able to go to another drive thru again, people don’t understand it takes a lot of courage for people with anxiety to be able to do stuff and try so hard but people are...

11/10/2024 The last few months my grandkids have been complaining about their chicken nuggets, saying they don't taste right, they are rubbery. Last night I dropped off the food from McDonalds & went shopping. When I returned the kids had thrown most of their nuggets in the trash. They told me they were not cooked and cold. It was too late to return them. Then an hour later my 3 yr old grandchild was sick. I stayed up for hours with her until she stopped throwing up & diarrhea! I was so angry I called the store and asked for the manager, I was told they were too busy and what I wanted, I started to tell the girl and she cut me off saying they never undercooked or send cold rubbery nuggets, (with attitude!¿) again askedcfor the manager,she " humphed" set the phone down, I waited 14minutes hearing noise in the background, it sounded like they picked up the phone I said hello, hello, and the phone hung up. I called back 5 times & they never picked up, now it was 1:30am. Iwas I was out $19.00, my grand children got sick from the food. I took her to Urgent care the next day, they said the food he ate wasn't handled /or cooked properly and that I was lucky the other 3 didn't get sick.along with reccomending I not feed him food from this location again. Decided to give this location another chance.Big mistake so my son does online order pays for the product. Then has me pick it up and deliver it to him at school before they leave to a game at another school. He send me the confirmation screen shot. I go in and they were busy but the manager lady asks the name I tell her and she walks away for a moment and says they are prepping it I thanked her and waited 15 minutes later I ask her again this was a mobile order she said when food is ready then I can get it. So 15 minutes later I’m steaming at this point 35 minutes of waiting come to find out the order was not in there system even though I have scree shot and showed my sons bank account that the money was taken.they tell me like they did the last time “ I need to contact Corperate to get refund” I did that the last time but not this time.I said hell no, not again so the manager came up and finally said to the worker to just give me the order. Now why after 45 minutes of waiting on a mobile order did I have to fight over a $8.00 meal and why I needed to be lied to that they are working on the meal.
