Pearl Palace — Restaurant in Oakdale

Was terrible all around. Made our family order all individual items, which was way more expensive, and the food was very different flavored. Not typical Chinese food and very small portions. I'm surprised they have stayed in business so long. The sweet n sour chicken was the only edible item. My water cup had black mold on the glass. Just a bad place to enjoy a family meal. We went here as locals Because it's usually advertised as a little cheaper priced. Nope.... was $50 for 3 people. We should have went to Bamboo Garden. Never...

We were trying to find a good place to eat with some good veggie options and happened to see this place on the map. They have 4.5 stars for a good reason. Extremely reasonably priced (less than $20 for two meals and an appetizer to share) and wonderful Chinese food options for all palates. We were both vegetarians so this worked out perfectly. It looks incredibly sketchy from the outside, but it's just a little old. Inside was fairly warm and welcoming. I'll be returning here after my next back packing...

Slowest service ever

1. we took our seats around 6pm
2. ready with order 6.17pm
3. food was served one person after another person - starting 7pm. Last dish came out at 8pm.
4. walked out at 8.30 pm Order 2 soups - hot and sour and beef soup 1 portion of pot stickers 1 combination meal and one noodles.

Their main focus is take aways. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait 2 hrs to be served The foods nothing much to write...
