Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Oakdale

Yesterday 8/17/21 I went to Popeyes in Oakdale,La. The inside is dark and closed I'm guessing due to COVID. I was craving mashed potatoes and fries. I also ordered a cinnamon apple pie. Got the food pulled off and realized they forgot my apple pie. Pulled back into the long line. Finally got to the drive thru informed them they forgot my apple pie. They asked did I have my receipt. I said I did. Got to the window. I formed them that they forgot my apple pie and I had my receipt. Another girl came up and jerked the receipt out of her hand closed the window. She opened the window and I told her we had just came through the line. She closed the window back walked to where the apple pies where through it in the back and practically three the bag at the girl that was working the window. I dont know how much she gets paid but she should not be treated like that and if I had not already eaten some of my food sitting in like for about 20 mins I would have asked for a refund the way the other employee acted. Popeyes have to do better. I guess the Popeys in Alexandria will get my business. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE AND...

Went there an ate lunch today with a friend of mine and another friend of mine's grandmother after bringing her to do errands in sulphur & as the food was getting ordered I went to go use the women's restroom & as soon as I walked in an locked the door the toilet seat was cover in pee or water whichever an on the floor was a puddle of it which disgusted me majorly but I got the paper towels an sanitizer on the paper towel and wipe down the toilet seat & use the restroom & then almost slipped in the puddle of whatever was on the floor so I got more paper towels and dried that up an more paper towels to pick that up an threw it away & then washed sanitized an rewashed my hands before going to tell my friend about it in front...

The food was good, and the service was slow. I understand they only had a few people working, but I sat behind one truck for 5 minutes before they even took his payment. I tried to order 4 chicken legs for my daughter, and they said it would be a 15-minute wait. Had ik, I was gonna be in line for 15 minutes. She would have gotten the 4 legs like she wanted. Keep in mind that I had just left urgent care with a double ear infection and sinus infection, so I wasn't in the mood. I'm not saying it's anyone person's fault, but move people up so the rest of us can get our stuff and go. McDonald's does it...
