First off...I have to say this review may be a bit bias....Randy has converted his facility to a 100% gluten free facility....and with a wife who has celiac disease...and who loves pizza...that's amazing..... Second....don't let the "gluten free" thing scare you! This is NOT a "fad"...or Randy's attempt at a marketing gimick....He is doing this as there are FEW (if any) dedicated Gluten Free facilities for food...that aren't doing it to grab a quick buck on the fad truck...with mass produced food items or half assed attempts at doing Gluten Free right! Randy's food is GOOD!!!! Even if your NOT gluten free...you will like his food! Also..don't let the location scare you....I was able to talk to Randy about his current location...and he is working on getting a true "dining room" location up and running! (Keep your eyes open!) The current situation may be small, and not a true "dining room" but that will change. (Carry out is an option as well..) The bottom line is....it's GREAT FOOD with a super friendly staff and an owner who truly WANTS to deliver quality gluten free options that are not mass produced...and are delicious! I will personally do my best to support Randy in his endeavor....as I live 1st hand with someone living with a true "Gluten" issue! I hope he pairs with some other small businesses that do gluten free as well (like Burning Brothers brewery?) to make this a real "Minnesota supporting" business. Do yourself a favor...try it...I promise you will like it....and the gluten your missing....pssst...it may just make you feel better.....

This place is 100% gluten free safe and also has quality ingredients! My husband was also happy to see dairy free options as well, although the pizza was so packed with toppings that he decided his didn’t even need the dairy free cheese. I wish the location was closer, and they don’t have a sit down Resteraunt, but the owner is dedicated to making good food that those of us with celiac and gluten allergies can actually enjoy without having to worry about cross contamination. So in other words.. It’s totally worth the trip! And now they even deliver to most of the twin cities area. BTW if you remember how pizza toppings used to be plentiful in the 80’s and 90’s, you will LOVE this place! They also sell a cheaper “light” version that has half the toppings, that is more like what pizzas are like now, if that is what you prefer. And gluten free dessert pizza! Ah how I’ve missed you! :) #glutenfree #glutenfreepizza #glutenfreerestaurant #dairyfree #dairyfreepizza

Hearty 'Sota style pizza, thin crust, rich sauce and loaded toppings, cut in squares. Toppings for days! And it's ALL gluten free. The pizza was definitely top notch (even with my weirdo combo of sauerkraut, pineapple, and Canadian ham), the cheese sticks had a good garlic flavor but lacked substance due to the thin crust base. The dipping sauce was good enough to counter this lack. Seriously, get extra sauce, use it for your own pasta dishes at home, it's that good! The service was excellent, prompt and good-natured and accurate. It's exciting to be able to order ANYTHING off of a menu and know I won't get sick! If you've ever had to deal with trying to eat out while gluten free, you understand the excitement. It's usually very limited and servers/cooks are annoyed with you, and cross contamination is always a risk.

I very rarely write reviews online for restaurants but, in the case of Randy's Premier Pizza, what this business has accomplished has impressed me so much that I had to take the time to do so. The restaurant business is one of the riskiest business ventures a small business owner could choose. Add to it that 95% of non-franchised small businesses fail in the first five years and you already know what a successful venture this business has been. To take this additional step to go 100% gluten free and do it so well is very impressive.

Randy's Premier Pizza has the same excellent, friendly customer service and fresh, authentic, mouthwatering, distinctive, aromatic flavors with top quality ingredients it always has but now with an excellent 100% gluten free (GF) thin, crispy, delicious pizza crust, resulting in the best GF pizza my family has ever had.

My family members are not new comers to this experience, having been on the search for the best tasting foods and GF creations for many years. With Randy's Premier Pizza going 100% GF, not only do we now have the best option for GF pizza with no chance of cross contamination, which is very important, but also finally have an option for fantastic pizza the WHOLE family can enjoy!

When Randy and his wife decided to go all gluten free, they researched the best options which also included successfully making the crust and sauce both soy and dairy free and by providing a soy free/dairy free cheese option that is DELICIOUS! For those who have tried DF cheese, you know that alone is a remarkable feat. They did not settle until they found the best option and have it shipped in rather than go with something sub-par taste wise for the sake of convenience. They are still committed to making the best tasting pizza and going GF has not changed that one iota.

We did not know the work they put into finding the best DF cheese option when we ordered our pizzas this past Saturday night. In fact, so sure were we that the dairy free cheese would ruin the pizza (based on personal experience through the years), that we ordered a cheese-less Supreme Special, a Premier Greek with half DF cheese/half without cheese, and a Premier Sicilian with no special requests so everyone would have something they like but we could also give the DF cheese option a try. Every one of the pizzas was delicious but, WOW, were we surprised at how delicious the DF cheese! Next time we will not hesitate at all to order the DF cheese option.

I also want to mention that we did not notice an after taste at all, as others have mentioned, but were pleasantly surprised that we had nothing negative to say about the taste, texture, or quality of the pizza crust at all, which truthfully was not my expectation given how many times we have been disappointed with GF pizza elsewhere in the past. Randy's GF pizza was excellent in every way.

Randy has always appreciated the loyalty of his customers and rewards points that add up with every online order. We are half way to a free large pizza and greatly appreciate his generosity in giving back points we can easily use. If you are in the area and inclined to order online, be sure to set up an account so you can build up reward points, too.

For anyone hesitating to try Randy's Premier Pizza because it is gluten free, I recommend you ignore that inclination and place an order. If you did not know this pizza was gluten free, you would be none the wiser as the pizza is truly that good! EVERYONE in the family loved it including those without Celiac Disease. That is definitely a first for our family. An added bonus is that we did not cringe over the price. This pizza is worth every penny and a bargain to boot, particularly given Randy's proven culinary expertise that is very noticeable with each...

My wife is ciliac and she found this pizza place searching for Gluten-Free food. Prepare for lots of reading.

The first time we went there, we met the owner and he was awesome. We ordered our pizza (10' thin crust with pepperoni on half and meatballs on the other half along with added cheddar cheese.) My wife and I LOVED it. I don't require eating Gluten-Free but, OMG this pizza place is just WOW! Here we skip to today, which happens to be father's day. What did I choose for dinner? Why, Randy's Pizza! Yes, you read that right. I chose the place for dinner. I will eat here over any pizza place around. This time though, we brought the kids. (14 and 15 years old) I ordered a 12" pepperoni with cheddar cheese and mozzarella blobs and, a 10" inch pepperoni and sausage with mozzarella blobs. We also ordered a dessert pizza. Now one thing you need to know about Gluten-Free food, ifyou don't already. Rice flour is mostly used in place of wheat flour. Rice expands in the stomach over time so these size pizzas are plenty enough. Well our kids which are always making noise. Were quiet, like so quiet I had to look at them and they were shoveling their food in their mouths. After all the pizza was gone along with the desert pizza. My kids (who have yet to enjoy Gluten-Free food) were seriously licking the cardboard boxes. Yes, I said licking! The have never done that for any other pizza EVER! They were even begging for me to go back and get more pizza. To make a longer story short. Don't skip this hidden gem in the gluten-free world. You will miss out if you do. Sure it is a little bit on the more expensive side of things, but seriously, it is 100% worth every penny! So stop reading this. Ignore what your brain is telling you, and go enjoy some...
