I visited this store Sunday morning around 11:00 am and purchased a medium turtle mocha. After I had drove away I notice this was not my drink but I was already on the freeway. I called the store and told them what had happened the person who answered the phone said no problem just stop back at the store and I will put a note by the register. I gave him my name and drink. When I was headed home around 4:00 pm I stopped at the store and asked if I could get my money back or a gift card for the mix ups since it was late in the day. The manager came out and " Do you have a receipt?" I told him no, and that I had called in this morning and they said to just stop by the store. "I can't give a refund without a receipt. What was your drink?" I told him turtle mocha medium. " I guess I could try looking up your drink in the computer." I stood there waiting.....I asked the girl working if there was a problem I called in this morning I believe his name was Josh. The girl replied yes but the manager was working on it. Now while I was waiting for the manager to come back not once did the drive thru ask the person if the wanted a receipt nor did the girl working the register in the store. The manager came out and said he could not find my exact coffee order. I told him that I was not about to try and steal a cup of coffee and that I would be letting corporate caribou know about the poor customer service I received from a manager over a cup of coffee. Read moreTonight was my first time at this specific location and it was terrible! It took about five minutes to order through the drive thru, which if they were busy I could understand. There was no one in the drive thru in front of me and the parking lot was maybe half full. Anyways, I order my son a smoothie and myself a blended campfire mocha. I get to the window, pay, and then wait about five minutes for the smoothie, a couple more minutes pass by and the lady working comes back over to re greet me but realizes I've already paid and I am still waiting "oh...it's still you" and walks away. Another worker comes over and goes to hand me a warm drink, I correct her and say it's not mine, I had ordered a blended campfire mocha (no big deal). By this point the drinks for the person behind me are up and again the lady who rang me up goes to hand me these drinks before realizing yes in deed it's still me! Finally the other worker comes with "my drink". I drive away and realize down the road that my drink is indeed not my drink! It's runny, clearly not blended and it's mint! My son was getting impatient otherwise I would have maybe tried turning around but after the drink was messed up twice and they tried giving me other people's drinks I figured it probably wasn't worth the hassle. Read moreI have never received such poor service. I ordered a breve. When the associate handed it to me the cup weighed almost nothing. I then said, "Excuse me, there's almost nothing in this cup". The girl who made it took it back and said, "Ill add some and if it's still not good, Ill make you a new one". Moments later, she handed it to me again. I grabbed the cup and again, it was almost empty. I said, it's still almost empty. Another associate comes over and says "so that's what a breve is". I said "I'm well-aware of what a breve is, I've been ordering them for 30 years". She argued with me. For more reference, I asked the customers next to me to hold it to see what they thought. They both agreed and said that they too got the same argument from this associate on a previous trip. I then told the associate who rudely insulted me I wanted a refund. When I simply communicated frustration- no voice raising, no aggression, she tried the whole "you've had an attitude this whole time ", when it was her that did. I said, I had pleasant interactions with others and that it was simply untrue. I am disgusted that she would treat me (and others) this way.
