I had gone to pick up food for my elderly grandfather and myself and my young child. When I arrived there was already 5 people waiting. I waited roughly 5 minutes before my order was taken. I get it, staff can get busy and backed up. I ordered just a plain hamburger, the double cheese burger combo, a small strawberry shake and a small cup of ice cream for my son. This came to a whopping $16.00! I can the same amount of food for less at McDonald's.
So once my order is placed two of the men who had been waiting asked to cancel their order due to the long wait time. Granted about 10 minutes had passed at this point. They got their order about 10 minutes after that.
I waited 45, yes 45 minutes before my order was ready. And then when I go to pick it up it's wrong. He charged me for an extra combo I didn't order, and the only item that was correct was the shake and plain burger. They offered to remake it but at that point I had already been over charged (Didn't even bother to offer a refund on what they had over charged me) and I'd already waited 45 minutes. Who knows how long making the correct order would have taken.

This was all around HORRIFIC...

On this site, they have not been food safety certified for over six months, but because ownership changed they are allowed to continue operating despite not knowing how to safely handle your food. I can talk with certainty about the mold underneath the metal plated floors in the back of the store, the mice traps near stored product in the basement that are needed, as well as the drips that contaminate boxes of product. The most revolting though is those buckets of leftover melted soft serve that sit out all day are sifted and refrozen along with other "mistakes" to become those pies the owners are forcing down people's throats. No expiration dates can be found on opened packages, often employees use bare unwashed hands in the kitchen, and after food is cooked for the second time they microwave sandwiches. I have probably still missed other things, like they only rinse everything from candy scoops to utensils used on raw meat, no soap...
