I was excited to try this restaurant but left highly unsatisfied. First, I went on Taco Tuesday and ordered the all you can eat tacos. My first round included the chicken, al pastor, chorizo, carnitas and steak tacos. The tacos were a HUGE disappointment and were completely DRY! The only decent taco was the chorizo taco. Also, when we arrived no one came to our table to bring us our complimentary chips and salsa, but I saw a gentleman with his already who was dining in. This establishment was not even busy when were were there. We had to wait 20 minutes for our server to come back so that we could ask for some chips and salsa. When we finally received the chips and salsa, the salsa was watery and tasteless. I decided to try something else on the menu since I was disappointed with the all you can eat taco selection. I ordered the " authentic Mexican quesadillas" and was not impressed. The only think I enjoyed was the drinks more than the food. This place also adds a gratuity of 18% to your bill. I did not tip anymore. When the waitress asked us did we like our food I responded that the tacos were dry but our drinks were fine. She did not ask to make it better to anything. She just giggled and made jokes. I had high expectations for this place because, I thought they were an "authentic" spot but no way. We will not be returning ever! You guys could of had loyal customers but this experience made you a one and done. We spent $145 dollars with food and drinks so just be aware that this place was not that good. Very disappointing. Not sure if the high reviews are...

This is a really nice little restaurant that was recommended by some very reliable Yelpers as having great food at a reasonable price.

The first thing is parking - there isn't a lot of it. The lot is small and we got the last space, but the restaurant is also small, so I guess it kinda works.

The first great thing - there is a check in offer for a free drink! I went with the horchata, a drink that I learned to love a few months ago. This wasn't as good as the one I had before, it wasn't quite as thick. Still it was flavorful and quite drinkable.

The menu had a lot of items that were new to me, so I decided to adventure out of my comfort zone. We started with a couple of pupusas - homemade tortillas stuffed with a variety of fillings. The first was an excellent pork filling. The second one was a loroco and cheese. The loroco is a green flower blossom. While it was interesting, I'm not sure I would order it again.

Then we moved on to the sopes. We opted for the three flavors - pork, beef and chicken. All were topped with beans, real cotija cheese and crema. They were absolutely yummy.

Of course, it's always good to have dessert, although we seldom do. But since this was a special night, meeting new Yelp friends visiting from NY, we decided to go all the way and have the Tres Leches cake. It was cold, sweet and moist, just the way it should be.

Frankly, I'd like to eat my way through the entire menu, so we'll definitely...

Highly dissapointed again..this is the second time I got a burrito from there..on instagram they are huge and for 16 bucks I got a taco bell sized Burrito..asked for everything on it instead of the side..so got no refried beans ,no lettuce and no cheese,no rice ..they just made it like last time ...last time they put everything on the side which i find to be weird for a burrito ...this time they made it the same way except with none of the extras...literally smaller than a 5 dollar burrito at taco bell...food is good which is why i travel like 20 miles to eat there but man...I literally explained to the lady what I wanted and even showed her a picture on instagram of what I wanted on it and nothing this is twice now they have done this...it is super frustrating ...like she literally looked confused when I said I want the rice the refried beand the cheese onions lettuce tomatoes and salsa on the burrito i had to explain it like 5 times. The place I go to in Davie ..which is authentic food they make it in front of you and the burritos are 4 times the size for the same price ..wasted another 16 bux..tried to give them another chance but not wasting my money a third time...its a shame cuz the food is good ..but times are tough these days and im not wasting my money again. I ordered for it to go...maybe they do better if you eat there but I find this to be...

I live in the neighborhood and have driven past this tiny place for the past two years, always meaning to stop in. I tend to love little hole-in-the-wall places in unassuming strip malls, but after a couple of Florida Fails, I was hesitant. This is one of those places I hesitate to review because I now always want there to be a table for me when I show up. Greedy and selfish, I know, but that is how good this place is. It is small but clean and delightfully and unexpectedly decorated. The food is fresh and delicious. (it takes a while but I definitely worth the wait) I split 2 big appetizer dishes with my friend Amy and everything on the plate was really tasty - and by that I mean you can differentiate between the dishes you were eating, not the typical indistinguishable confusion of melted food you find in most Mexican/South American style restaurants. The only thing I am slightly annoyed about is that I didn't know they have a patio, although we wondered why the parking lot was full of cars but there were only two occupied tables when we went in. Oh well. Anyway, if you haven't tried this place, you should but just know that if I come in and all the tables are full, I'm sitting with you.

If you're in search of an exceptional dining experience, look no further—this restaurant is a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our server, Jazmin, guided us effortlessly through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that made the decision-making process a breeze. The Churrasco Steak was undoubtedly the highlight of the meal—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It's a must-try, no questions asked. Paired with a refreshing glass of Horchata, which was another standout, the meal was nothing short of spectacular. The atmosphere, though cozy, was warm and inviting, and the food arrived fresh, sizzling, and full of delicious aromas. Every bite was a treat, and we couldn't resist finishing it all off with a slice of Tres Leches, which was simply divine. This establishment is not just about great food, but also about the exceptional people behind it. The friendly, attentive service made the entire experience feel special. Whether you're looking for a memorable meal or just a place to unwind, this restaurant delivers on every front. Don't miss out—it's truly a place worth visiting.

I don't recommend Taco Tuesday. I saw online that they do a 'Taco Tuesday' ayce tacos for $15, and we went because all the restaurant reviews are pretty great. In fact, we arrived last night and they said it was $20, but with 7 protein choices to sample, we decided to go for it anyway since we already drove there in the rain. The tacos were just 'meh' with the exception of a well executed carnitas. Normal portions of protein except the mahi and shrimp options, (about .5oz) which were required to be battered and fried. Grilled wasn't allowed (batter bulks up the protein and cuts costs). Taco toppings could hardly be considered a garnish. We were tearing off half the tortilla because the tacos were mostly just that. I think maybe I like vegetables too much 😅 I wish I would have ordered anything else, because the prices are reasonable on their normal menu, and the pictures online look good. I don't recommend taco Tuesday, but the service was great and the atmosphere is probably good as well... not in the rain (I think I saw a patio out back?) Parking is limited. I think I counted around 10 spots
