1/4 Pound Giant Burgers — Restaurant in Oakland

I worked next to this location for four years and quickly became one of my favorite locations to frequent never had an issue until just recently my order was made wrong and I asked for it to be corrected which they offered to do which I declined due to not having the time to wait again as I was on my lunch so moving a long it’s been a while since I’ve come back cause the lady was extremely upset with me which I apologized about having to say my order was wrong now or just seam like every time I come they intentionally make my order wrong when she’s here so I try to come later in the day when the night time lady is here she’s much nicer very friendly and the night cook follows the orders as placed bottom line skip this place for lunch they don’t listen and...

This use to be my favorite place to eat but the Owner needs to learn how to talk to people, not just customers but people. TLDR: she thought I was just using her parking lot to just park and not eat, instead of clearing the confusion because I was there to eat she screamed across the parking embarrassing me and my girlfriend. I barely got an apology, she said her food is to good for people to care about her attitude and I didn’t even get a chance to buy food with cash literally in my hand! Not the very best, but much better than the vast majority of burger and fries options I've tried. I always get the double bacon cheeseburger cooked Medium rare(they will cook it to order)with fries. Large quantities of high quality fresh ingredients(the fries are frozen but are better than the often starchy fresh potatoes at some places)at a very fair price means I will be a regular customer here.
