As a loyal patron of Burger King for many years throughout the USA and Canada. This afternoon's experience was an utter disgrace and embarrassment for your acclaimed company. After working all day, being hectically busy without a lunch break, I couldn't wait to get to burg King I was so famished and faint with hunger. I played aced my order for a well done Wopper with fries and a soda. I also asked for extra pickle. Finally it arrived I hardly had time to recite a blessing before I got stuck in. The fries were COLD. Not warm, Cold. I immediately returned them, it was a very long wait until a new batch was ready, by which timenaturally, my Burger was Cold. Being so hungry, I just decided to gobble it down like a hungry buzzard.. Almost finished, I realized that despite the fact that I asked for a lot of your delicious pickle, there was NO PICKLE AT ALL. That was the last straw. I immediately confronted the lady who took my order. "What happened to the heavy pickle I asked for. There wasn't even ONE piece. OH SHE EXCLAIMED. I THOUGHT YOU SAID NO PICKLE. Give me break. Disgusting and inexcusable rotten service. After all these years it's Hasta la vista,enough, goodbye. I will settle for a slice of pizza from now on. I visit this location daily and typically order the #1 combo with a medium Coke, which usually totals around $7.56. However, on November 5th, my total was $8.51. I politely asked William, the employee at the window, if there had been a price change and whether my order was correct. Instead of addressing my concern, he became visibly upset and defensive. He showed me the receipt, but I had already seen the total on the screen.
Things took a turn when he told me to "leave and never come back." As he was closing the window, he made a strange and completely unprofessional comment: "It's not my fault you lost the election." I was confused, as this had nothing to do with my order or my visit.
I requested to speak with a manager, and an individual standing behind William identified himself as Nasir, the assistant manager. I expressed my concerns, pointing out that as an assistant manager, he should not allow employees to speak to customers in such an inappropriate manner. While Nasir apologized, he did not take any further action, and I was left feeling dismissed and unvalued as a customer.

I stopped by this one on 1/14/2022 and there was a couple ahead of me ordering. I don't know what they ordered, but when the woman got her order, she asked for extra BBQ sauce and she was asked to pay an extra 57 cents! Yes, she was forced to pay extra for sauce! In all my years of going to Burger King, i have NEVER seen anyone charged extra for sauce!
