So this is a outdoor dining restaurant located on a busy residential neighborhood corner. But don't let the location stop you from enjoying the food. I was referred by my sister who doesn't even live in Oakland and nor do I so when I tell you what's good it's good. I got the chicken adobo the spicy wings and two egg rolls. The egg rolls have to be about 10 in Long, the wings are just the right amount of sweet and spice and fried to perfection, the chicken adobo came with rice and the meat was literally falling off the bone. The only reason I rate this place at a 3 is because when we arrived at about 6:30 they literally had ran out of everything. But other than that I think it deserves a five for sure as far as the quality of food and service. Our wait was about 15 minutes but they seating and heat lamps when it's a bit chilly outside. I'm definitely going back when they open so I can try more...

We did take out at night - for a tourist, it doesn't look like like a spot you want to hang out at night. However it would be cool during the day with the decor they have and a TV to watch whatever is on. First, they gave me a sample of the chicken adobo. I have probably had it once in my life, so I'm not an expert, but it was delicious. I wanted to order the special they had for pork belly adobo, but it was out! They also had a short rib special, and that was out too! Must be good so I'll have to come earlier next time. We ordered the XL lumpia (pork had a slight edge over chicken on taste), chicken adobo, and the G fire wings - exactly as advertised, FIRE! All in all a delicious meal I would...

Though the staff was friendly and helpful, they were out of chicken tocino. The pork tocino I ordered was really tough. I'm not sure if it's simply what I'm used to, but I'm also used to tocino being a little sweet. The tocino I received was really salty instead of sweet.
I came here with my roommate and he ordered the adobo. The taste of this was really good, but it sat in a half inch thick layer of oil.
We also ordered 2 lumpias (one chicken and one pork). We couldn't tell which lumpia was chicken and which was pork. The inside was a little spongy, which is not what I'm used to.
Overall, it was a decent place to go to get my Filipino food fix. If I had the choice to go back here or try a different Filipino food place, I would try...
