McDonald's — Restaurant in Oakland

Unfortunately..we had to visit the location at 9725 E14th International due to it being a close spot before dropping off a few teens. Lobby completely closed. So we placed our order with the mobile app. No problem. We were parked across from the mobile spot because a few cars were in the spots as we arrived. Ok. Place order. Manager comes out with a male employee, hollers our number. She notices we were parked in a non marked stall. We walk up to the door to grab the food.No proper greeting or smile from either employee.No proper explanation of how the mobile ordering works and requirements.Immediately begins to scoll me about needing to be in a mobile spot. 1st of all this was my 1st time placing an order via a mobile app for McDonalds. But she never asked.I politely advised her of the situation.She looks up at me in an irritated manner, No apology, just briskly hands me 3 bags full of food. I asked for separate bags. She blows her breath goes back in grabs bags and rudely hands them over. I don't know if she was tired or frustrated about something,but she should have left it at home.You could tell she was willing to release her issues on someone. I didn't give her a chance.I walked back to my vehicle.Such a nasty demeanor to be in customer service. She needs to realize customers are important. I will never patronize this location again. The food was ok. The experience made me lose...

So I order Mcdonald's through DoorDash and decided to take the lid off my soft drink as there was no straw inside my bag, and noticed black spots inside cup, upon moving the ice, noticed a fly inside my cup. As with all DoorDash orders, soft drink lids are sealed for customer protection. I'm just wondering how in the hell your staff didn't catch this. On top of that we tried to call and let the manager know, and after explaining to him what I found inside my cup, he pretended all of a sudden to be hard of hearing and couldn't understand me and hung up. I called back promptly and got a message saying, " Sorry the number you called is busy, please try again later", as if the phone line was disconnected. I wasn't expecting to make a big deal out of this, but with that coinciding to my order ending up with a fly in cup, I'm very disappointed with this type service. I hope others inspect your meals from this location very carefully as apparently the staff doesn't care for...

They need to close down this McDonald's it's always some Riff Raff going on in the bathroom that they have no control over they do not kick them out the bathroom they claim they try but the Riff Raff people don't listen the people who are customers of McDonald's can't even allow their kids or themselves to use the bathroom because of this reason they will serve you rock hard chicken strips and think nothing of it their soda machine always have something going on with it you can't make it in the driveway without getting stalked from someone begging and every step of the way or drive of the way through the drive-thru there is someone asking you for a dollar or two or three or four a whole meal you can't pay for your food safely cuz they're right there at the window begging and not being told to move you can't even get your food safely cuz they were right there begging also so you have to proceed with caution when going to this McDonald's...
