I occasionally order from this place for my lunch break. Yesterday I put in an order on doordash at around 2:10pm to be picked up at 3:15. At 2:25 I recieved a message that my food was already ready to pick up. At 2:42 I recieved another message that my food had already been picked up. When I arrived at 3:15 my food was thankfully still there but the food was cold, the lettuce in the salad was wilted, and the ice in the tea had melted and was warm. When I asked why my food had been sitting out for so long I discovered that the system this place uses doesn't show the employees scheduled pick up times despite it being an option in the door dash app. And because they marked it as already picked up before I arrived I was unable to get a full refund. Because I was on a limited lunch break I was forced to take said food and attempt to get some form of refund from doordash directly. Not only did the employees try to brush it off as not being their fault they also did not offer any form of compensation. This isn't the first time this blunder has happened either. While the food and tea are both normally decent, I wouldn't recommend this place if you plan on ordering ahead. Order when you arrive and wait the 20 minutes it usually takes when you do so. Very...

The price and size were very reasonable, and employee's were super nice (although they asked if we were related to our cousin for some reason, kinda strange but friendly). The boba and teas were delicious, and they had plenty of yummy options to choose from. They also had some food options, although we didn't try the meat thing our cousin got, cause we're vegetarian. Made my day better, so glad I went. This place is so much better than Boba Guys, which is just down the street. Do not try to go there, it won't be good. great place to get...

This is my go-to place for boba, Spam musubi and fried oreos.

The service is a bit slower than what I am used to in a boba place so I am removing a star. But they recently just opened so I am pretty sure thigs will speed up over time and get the five stars that they truly deserve.
