10/19/23 I’ve waited a while to do this review because I wanted to see how good their work would be. I had my iPhone 11 battery replaced here. The guy that replaced it did a good job on the battery. The only problem with it is when I go to pick up my phone the Face ID and the volume buttons do not work. I asked the worker does this usually happen when replacing a battery he says “no”, walks away and starts working on something else. I say they were working before I dropped my phone off, he says to me “I wouldn’t know because your phone was dead when you dropped it off”. Which I understand. But my iphone has never been opened the battery he replaced was the original battery. My phone always had a case on it. I can assure you my volume button and Face ID were working. If they weren’t working I would have asked you to fix those to while you were replacing the battery. I messaged them on google and talked to a lady I told her what was going on and she told me I can bring it back in and they would go over there work. It’s been awhile I haven’t been back I’ve just been using the volume settings where you slide the screen down from the top, and typing my password in to unlock it. I give this place 2 stars because the battery he replaced is very good. The customer service needs some work if I tell you my phone wasn’t like this before I dropped it off you should’ve immediately looked over your work. Not just brush me off as if I’m lying. How can I prove to you that my volume buttons and Face ID are working before you touch my phone if I’m having a battery replacement and the phone won’t come on. The lady I talked to the next day did try to make it right and that what counts. As of today my volume button and Face ID are still not working. I know it’s hectic trying to get into apple to get things fixed but that is your best bet if you want...

I replaced my phone battery here and sorely regret it. I have an old iPhone XS that I think is 4.5 years old so the battery is run down and I brought it here. The new battery ending up lasting just as long as the old one. There was no noticeable improvement in battery life! And then I dropped the phone in its case after replacing the battery which caused the front screen became loose and open. I could see the electronics inside of my phone! I have had this phone for years and dropped it so many times before so this was shocking. I took it back to my emergency guy since I was in a bind and had to pay to replace the screen. The second guy seemed much more knowledgeable and competent than the first and he took some money off which i appreciate as a gesture though in the end I still got screwed by trying to replace my battery. The new screen in the end has a different sensitivity than the Apple Original and I am CONSTANTLY MISTYPING so I am always wasting time correcting or just sending illegible texts and emails and losing my mind. The phone is worse than it was before I brought it here! It’s so bad that despite the $200+ I spent I am giving up and buying a new phone at Verizon this week about one month after trying to simply replace the battery. Had my iPhone screen, backing, and rear camera replaced - On the first day, the guy cracked the casing on my phone, was told that because of the inconvenience caused, that the fee for the rear camera would be waived, then had to wait 4 days for a new casing to come in and was told that the backing would be free of charge since it was his error that caused it to break. Anyway, once the backing was shipped, phone was put together. THEN, he tried to charge me for the backing, once that didn't work out for him, he tried to charge me for the rear camera, then I had to remind him that he had waived that fee due to inconveniences caused - he wasn't too happy about that... anyway, ended up paying $150.00 after 4 days, only to have my phone crack into pieces after falling off my nightstand that stands at 2'0 high onto a wood floor - - - demonstrating the cheap quality of the parts he used to fix my phone. - I've never left a good or bad review for anyone - but this was such a waste of effort, money, and time, that I had to.
