The location on Redwood needs better customer service staff. I waited for the cashier, Graciela, to get off her personal phone as she texted whomever. I asked her questions about the menu and she seemed bothered that I inquired about the menu. I explained that I have never been to this place, so she said okay and walked away without explaining anything about the menu. I finally ordered my food, paid, and then I told the cashier I will be stepping out for a few minutes. I did not know I needed permission from a cashier to step out but she had to give me permission. Once I got the food the pizza slice was large but lacked pepperoni. I should have order a cheese pizza because I only got 4 on my pizza. Matter of fact, i had Ankle surgery last night and our friend brought us Redboy on my request. Great way to come off the anesthesia, i tell ya!
Their ingredients are fresh and always delicious. If you like spicy, their FRESH JALAPENOS, compliment a pizza like none i've ever had before.

The lasagna came out steaming hot in that way that only a microwave does (with a cold spot in the middle too), and my gnocchi came out lukewarm at best. The flavors were good, though.
