Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Oakland

This site, every time without fail, will always miss something in the order. Honestly I just need to stop going. Them most recent one was they forgot to give me the queso I ordered, didn't see it until I got home so I called the store and the manager stated that he would write my name on a paper in the back so I could come back and get my 3 oz queso the next time I came, and he assured me that I wouldn't have to pay for it. Come the next time I came, I asked for the queso and what do you know there was no paper. Ended up going in circles for several minutes until I finally just asked to speak to the manager, it is just a thing of queso yes but I didn't want to pay for it again since they refused to refund me the first time. Finally got the okay to get the queso, they handed me a 1oz rather then the 3 oz like I had paid for. At this point I was like whatever, had to go so wasn't going to argue for several more minutes with them. Get home, they didn't give me any of the cheese sauce that comes with the pretzels. We ordered two pretzels. Yes these are small things, but previously we have had whole sides or burgers missing. If it were a busy time of day I would be more understanding, but there weren't that many people here. I've worked in fast food, it isn't hard to make sure all the items on the list...

I ride from Memphis Tennessee to Oakland Tennessee to see my chiropractor and each time I leave I stop by Sonic US 64(they are Great) SUPER FRIENDLY))I always order the Footling chili-cheese dog w/tater tots and the signature cherry limeade OMG so good this particular day July 14 as I'm leaving my chiropractor my car runs hot. I make it to Sonic call my husband and waited. While waiting, I had my usual but also tried the"new" Lemonberry Float Slush.. Somebody should find the creator of this Slush and SLAP THE HELL OUTTA OF THEM!!! This drink is so D E L I C O U S... I forgot I was waiting on my husband...lol.. if you haven't tried it... Don't even think about wasting your money here. Keep going till you get to somerville it's well worth the extra miles to avoid rude hateful behavior. These people act like they absolutely despise the customers and their jobs. The fries they gave me were burnt but cold and the burger was cold too. They even treat our cops and fireman disgustingly cuz I have lots of friends who are cops and firemen out here and iv heard some rude gross stories about the people who work here. My girl that served me refused to give me cheese dip and sauce even tho ik the truck delivered some yesterday. This sonic really does need to be shut down the food and servers have just gotten terrible 😒 they are all dressed...
