I have been shopping with Kindred Spirit Style since 2016 and I cannot say enough good things about EVERY experience I have ever had with this store and the precious ladies that work there, including it’s owner, Mrs. Patty. I have ALWAYS been greeted with a “Hello, how are you doing today and can I help you find anything today?”. The ladies there will help you find the perfect gift for anyone (babies, toddlers, teens, women, men as well as gifts for the home and pets) and will offer you tons of options to meet your budget. After you have made a purchase, they will even gift wrap it for FREE in a beautiful gift bag with colorful tissue paper and a handmade bow.
Shopping in the store is such a treat, but if you are short on time and need a quick gift to pick up, you can call the store and tell them who or what you are looking to buy for, as well as your budget, and they will help you over the phone. They will have it wrapped and ready for you to just swing by to pick up. It just doesn’t get any easier than that!
Year round, the selection of items to choose from consistently amazes me, but it is the exceptional customer service that I receive with every visit that keeps me coming back. I can promise you this store WILL NOT disappoint you and it is well worth the drive to...
Read moreI went into this place for a jar of local honey and ended up spending 30 minutes and buying several random things. I ended up speaking to the shop owner pretty much the entire time. She is incredibly nice woman who is extremely proud of her shop and very involved in the making and production of many of the products. What sets them apart is they have incredibly unique bags and wallets and they participate in charitable activities and the makings of these items. She told me that the women who make the bags get to learn how to sew and also learn about Christianity (I don't want to get too much information because I don't want to misspeak). Needless to say, I was impressed. I ended up saving a pretty decent amount of money on my purchases. They have clothes, handmade soap, and just a variety of very unique items. I don't consider myself to be a traditional person, but I would say this store is not just for the traditional in style. Not to mention, it's run by a bunch of women which is great! $25 for 5 bars of handmade soap. I'm a happy girl. Will definitely be going back to purchase a handmade...

I sincerely appreciate your acknowledgement and apology because this efforts helps me feel better and more welcoming there. I truly felt singled out when your employee looked at me and turned her head on me and my daughter I felt so terrible but you have lessened the situation and for that I will consider coming back because I love supporting local. Thanks
Local to the area and I decided to support this small business and well this is my 2nd time supporting this business and first time I wasn’t greeted when I walked in but they were busy so I gave them benefit of doubt and this time today it was empty the employee looked directly at me and turned her head. Luckily I had already did an online order so I went ahead and grabbed that and left and then the employee decided to say “have a nice day” I didn’t respond because that same energy should have been added when I first walked in. I had plans on spending more money but Ill NEVER spend money on someone who doesn’t respect me as black woman...
