La Costa — Restaurant in Oakley

So yeah I am done eating here. A long time ago when I was a kid I got a virus called H PILORI it comes from contaminated food or drink from la costas ceviche. That was YEARS ago. Recently my job catered their food and I decided to eat it and it was great. So I decided to come back and try their food again since it has again been years since my experience getting H PILORI from their food. All was great the first time I got it great food and great prices until I went today and got their ceviche. I was eating and all was fine until a very BLUE peice of shrimp was in the bowl. To which I opened it up and the entire inside of the shrimp was raw. When looking at the rest of the bowl I found that almost all of the pieces were like that. I ended up taking it back to which they said oh yeah sometimes since it’s cooked by lemon juice it’s hard to get it to cook. Like what?? Regardless it was so apparent by looking at this shrimp that it was raw. On top of that I noticed they put a big avacado on the top today even though they had mixed it in the last time as if they were trying to cover it up. The fact they still made the decision to serve this to people today makes me sick to my stomach. After countless of nights in the emergency room and having to take five medications three times a day years ago I’m honestly not even sure why I tried again but I can honestly say I regret going back and I hope businesses that make mistakes like this don’t harm anyone else. First time their and I didn't care for their food at all. I ordered a Burrito de Lengua (Beef Tongue) I never seen a square burrito in my life ha ha ha ha, their was very flavorless meat as well as very little meat in it and it was packed with beans and soggy over cooked rice. The Salsa Bar was on point especially the Salsa de Aguacate (Avacado Salsa). I was very disappointed because I asked if they had Aguas Frescas and I was told they didn't, wait your a mexican restaurant that doesn't have Aguas Frescas??? Why is that??? Please share why your burritos are square and not round??? Why are the burritos packed with beans and soggy rice and no meat??? The first time here, the place looks great, and I really wanted some taqitos but was told they didn't have them on the menu. So I ordered the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans and a soda. Went to the salsa bar, and they had a clean bar with many selections, which I picked 3 of them. Food came out pretty fast, which was good. Got my try, and food was covered and opened my enchiladas looking good with lots of sauce and no chips for my salsas I had picked. Started to eat my cheese enchiladas, and the center cheese was not completely melted, and food was medium temperature.
