Drunken Noodles Taste Of Thai — Restaurant in Oakville

Food: 5/5. The Chicken Pad Thai is my favorite thing on the menu. They always serve a side of hot sauce on the side which is nice if you like to control how spicy your dish will be. My next recommendation would be the Drunken Noodles or the Noodle Soup (VERY cheap). The only things I haven't liked so far was the Duck and the Meatball Soup. The Duck was very fatty but the broth and noodles it came with didn't dissapoint me enough to knock a star.

Service: 5/5 The staff is very friendly and will help you pick what will be best for you. One time the man at the counter offered a free sample while waiting, I can't name any other restaurant that has done this. The average time to wait after ordering is 15 minutes, but the wait can get bigger if there are a lot of people.

Value: 4/5 The cost of the food is moderate, with some stuff being super cheap ($3 for Noodle Soup w/ Chicken) but some stuff does seem over priced ($2.50 for 1 egg roll). The rest of the dishes match a $6-$9 price range that give plenty of food...

I've been ordering here for two years and have always had good things to say. But in the last few months they have screwed up my order every other time and tonight not only was the order wrong, the containers were a sad fraction of what I normally expect from here, when confronted about this they tried to play it like what was given was the normal amount. Drunken Noodles? More like drunken staff, as they'ed have to be to think no one will notice this disgraceful drop in quality. I for one will not be going back and recommend to anyone reading this spend your money somewhere else.

Edit: Upon getting the order home I found that instead of more broth the curry had been WATERED DOWN!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Am considering...

I would be giving this place a better review but honestly it doesnt deserve it, while the food may be decent and the 5star service is decent that doesnt out weigh how disgusting the bathrooms are the mats by the urinals are Soaked with urine and look like a petrie dish of germs and the smell is even worse the pugent piss smell is more then my nose can stand and I dont understand how anyone that walks by can stand it is everyone but me nose blind!? The worst part about this place is that my almoat 1000points from wehrenberg didnt migrate to this new company so any of the discounts and coupons i had built up and saved are no longer valid!!!...
