I arrived prior to 10:30 a.m., the opening time of the store this morning, only to find lights out, doors locked. The delivery driver for Domino's was outside waiting just as I was, for someone to show up to open the store. I needed 7 pizzas by 11 a.m. - sadly, I didn't make the deadline for the party we were having due to Domino's failing to open on time. I waited a few minutes after 10:30 and STILL no one had showed up to open. Wow...how does this happen? Area manager Nick? You were called by the driver who had showed up on time and was waiting! When the delivery driver is the most responsible employee on the schedule, how sad, sad, sad. At 10:40 I had no choice but to leave to give my business to the place that opened on time- Little Caesar's... --- I know, everyone knows a poor substitute; however, I got pizzas. Domino's you should be ashamed. Domino's will one day get past 'kids' being hired to do what managers are hired to do. Domino's will one day realize that 'kids' will be loyal only to themselves - not to their job. Domino's will one day step up and hire 'true managers' who take their responsibilities seriously. i just placed an order for delivery & was called and told that there were NO delivery drivers, that i could come pick up my order. so, i chose to do that instead of canceling. i get to the store which has a carry out window & see the driver tracking screen that shows they had FOUR drivers out at the time. i will provide a picture. i asked about it & was told that i was told there were no drivers "available." so whatever i guess. i get home & the icing is missing from the cinnamon twists i ordered. i was already upset because of the prior explained so i decided to call the store. i said im very frustrated with the situation in all & would be willing to get the icing which means driving BACK to the store if they'd refund me for the cinnamon twists. in return the manager "tommy" told me that i was a LIAR, that they gave me the icing & that i would NOT receive any sort of fix to this situation. tommy talked over me, would not let me speak and argued with me the entire time. i felt disrespected & highly disappointed with this order. will most definitely NOT order from this location ever again. this location has constantly given me & my family...
