American Deli — Restaurant in Oakwood

How can i possibly leave negative stars? I ordered thru uber eats from this location ($50 order) on 9/23. My order went thru 3 drivers! My order was due at 7pm and it didnt arrive until 840p i think. I called the location, and because it was an Uber order, the lady told me she couldnt do anything about the order, or refund my money. Then she lied and told me that they have nothing to do with the order being late. She had given the order to each driver and had to remake the order each time. Well i never received the order (which is definitely on Uber), but between uber customer service and American Deli ( i highly doubt the American), no one can seem to get my money back to me. The uber driver told me she dropped off the order....BUT ONLY HER AND GOD KNOWS WHERE! It was supposed to be delivered to me in my hand at a business. I gave her specific directions on how to get to me, BUT AGAIN SHE DOESNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!! Its now 9pm and i am looking at eating fast food or pizza because everything else is closed. Let me start off by saying trash food a waste of $25. Now let me explain I went to American deli in Newnan and the food was good. Full stuffed subs so I kept coming back. We moved to a hotel in Gainesville Georgia and this American deli was the closest and we were shopping at the near by store so I went in to get dinner because it was getting late. So the fries were overcooked and so was the meat on the subs so overcooked it was dried out and placed on a rubberized bun because the fries and sub was overcooked it didn't last the less than 5 mile drive back to the hotel. The sub remained overcooked and underfilled mostly rubber bun was served to me and the fries were overcooked soggy fries that I jad to throw away when I got back. This was not worth the $25 I wasted and I will never return no matter the response they five on this review. My wife and I ordered from here through doordash tonight and I’m extremely disappointed in the food quality we got. We both ordered some wings and an order of the shrimp to share. The only good thing we ordered was the shrimp. They were decently sized and fried with a sort of hush puppy taste and texture on the outside and a nice shrimp on the inside. The wings were some of the smallest I’ve ever seen. The drums were the size of my thumb. The cook on them varied from nice and juicy to super extra crispy and the extra sauce we ordered on them was nonexistent. And they should be absolutely embarrassed by their fries. I could have gone to Publix and bought frozen ones to make in my oven that would’ve been better. They also ranged in cook from cold on the inside to tooth breaking crunchy. I definitely wouldn’t order from here again and I would not recommend anyone else order from here either. Only got two stars...
