Since I can't rate this place a 0, it will get 1 star. I have lived in oakwood for about 6 years, and this was my go to pizza place for quite some time. I will never step foot inside this establishment again. The people that work at this "business" are all unprofessional and rude. (There is one younger guy with curly brown hair that at least acts like he cares to a degree.) I have ordered some basic custom pizzas over the phone (if they pick up the phone) and I arrive for them to tell me the order isn't ready. I go to Walmart across the street and get essentials. Come back and sit down to wait another 15 min. This is over an hour since I placed the orignal order. The lady that works the front desk is the most rude, lazy person I have ever met. I'm done with this place. I don't know if this place is privately owned or if it's franchise, but if it's a franchise, you need to just save yourself time and money and either wipe this place off your map, or COMPLETELY change management. I can't begin to explain how terrible this place is. I have seen a line of 5 people and by the time the first person gets served, they lost the 3 customers in the back of the line. It would also help if their pizzas were worth any kind of s.... Well you get the picture. Bad people, bad product. I'm done...
Read moreHello Good People!! A big thank you to all the hard workers at this Little C establishment. Yeah, sometimes it takes a little more time than usual for my order, but I'm not going to complain! When a family places an order for 10 pies, it takes up time and space in the oven. It's not y'all's fault for receiving so much business. My only complaint is y'all might not be getting paid for the amount of work y'all put in, especially on those Friday , Saturday and Sundays. I ask Little C to pay each of their workers an extra 5 buck an hour when they are scheduled to work those weekends. I know how brutal it is and under appreciated y'all feel. To all the folks picking up orders, please be patient and have some common sense on why your order may be taking longer than usual. They are working as hard and as fast as they can, they can't help when someone places a huge order that clogs up the oven. If it bothers you so bad, I know Walmart sells Red Barons and Tostinos all day long, make it yourself. God Bless the hard workers at Little Caesars! Love...
Read moreService was horrible. Came in and wasn't greated by any of the staff that worked there. So I just stood and waiting. When I was finally spoken to I asked to get a hot and ready... cheese or pepperoni, either type didnt matter.....no hot and ready was to be found. Workers in the back and in the front yet pizzas weren't made. I asked how long it would be for a cheese or pepperoni and was told 10 minutes. 45 minutes later... still no pizza. Pizza was fine, service is terrible. No employee mentioned to the group of people waiting how long it would be, there was no check in or reassurance the food would be up shortly. Never had a bad experience with a little Caesars until this one. Management needs to train employees how to communicate and acknowledged their customers, especially when they are waiting 30 plus minutes for a pizza....also, the establishment is absolutely filthy, not sure how they received an A from the health inspector as mine and other customers shoes were STICKING to the floor as we waited...
