Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oberlin

I took my elderly parents on 7/15 for the lunch buffet. We got there right at the prime time of lunch around noon. The sign stated wait to be seated. We stood there for a few minutes and there was one girl who said take a seat and I'll be with you in a couple minutes. She was working the register the dining room and everything else it seemed to like. I felt bad for her. About 15 minutes later she comes over and asks are we dining in or the buffet. I stated the buffet and she said go ahead and get your food I'll bring silverware and drinks over. We got our food and that it was getting cold so I went up to the register to ask for silverware. She was busy ringing people out. The salad bar was empty what she said she would restock. There was no new pizzas or pasta or breadsticks brought out the whole time we were there the food was old and nasty. By this time it was around 1:00 and I asked if she would be bringing a fresh pizza out. Her response was oh we don't do that after a certain time. $37 for 3 people who had crappy service, food and no refills on drinks. Very rude my family and I went to eat there and they had the doors locked during normal business hours with signs on the door that said "we're open for dine in" .... so I tried calling in to let them know the door was locked the phone rang so much that it sent me to a call center in Georgia I let them know and they said to go through the drive thru to talk to someone.. Soooo I went through the drive thru and told them their doors were locked and the manager said something bad happened in the lobby and they shut it down. I said oh ok well can I get a menu to place an order? The manager heard me ask and yelled past the cashier "we dont do that at the window get the hell out of the drive thru we have customers waiting to pickup there orders!!!" So i said to the cashier im sorry i tried to come in to eat and was rejected then i tried to call and no one answered the phone and now im in the drive thru and still cant place an order???? I ordered carry out and pulled up to window tonight. Sat for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the window, although at least 3 different employees walked by and saw me, even if it’s not your job, couldn’t you at least acknowledge you have a customer there? I was running about 15 min behind and tried to call multiple times to let them know with no answer as well. Finally get my order, only to find they shorted me my garlic sauce I ordered, and have to wait again to flag down an employee through window. I’m giving them two stars because at least the employee who finally asked if I had been helped was very friendly, but this is the second time I’ve ordered online and had to wait. Last time took almost 20 minutes along with having multiple employees not acknowledge me sitting at the window. Not a great customer service experience overall, if you’re just too understaffed to accommodate a drive thru window pickup, then...
