Subway — Restaurant in Oberlin

Have tried ordering food from them on two occasions lately and even though they are supposed to be open they're closed. I placed an order via the app today at 11:15am. It went through, but the gate was closed when I went to pick it up. A delivery guy had to get one of the two staff to get my order that was just sitting there on the pickup shelf bc they weren't open (at 11:35am). Another guy came to place an order, but couldn't do so. That was the case for me two weeks ago as well, even though it was hours before closing. The first time I was told they had to bake more bread...if that's the case maybe they should inform customers with a sign or something so that people can wait a few minutes instead of losing out on money/customers or having to find somewhere else to go to grab a bite to eat during their lunch break. O usually love Subway but today's experience was awful it was the Subway in Walmart off 58 in Oberlin. My husband ordered a meatball sub I ordered a pretzel with cheese. We got home and his sub was mush and my pretzel was soggy and fell apart plus they charged me for cheese but didn't give it to me my husband saw them pump it out. So I send him back they said they don't even have cheese and he said why is the pretzel soggy we asked for no salt so why did you butter it? Then he showed them his sub which was nasty looking. They said oh we don't do refunds My husband was fuming he said give me my @&+$#*" back or your going to have a serious problem. He wanted and raved and embarrassed them until they gave his money back. So yeah don't eat there they cannot even make a sub or give you what you pay for Just a bunch of kids left alone no manager...

older lady is always rude every time we come in and misunderstands every time. we have to take time out of our day to explain to her multiple times what we need and she never seems to understand and then gets loud with you. like i said, it’s the same two ladies everytime and they’re rude everytime. it’s annoying. put words into your mouth constantly. i hate coming here & i try to convince...
