Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Ocala

New building, good attentive service, but if a soft open is any indication of the food, it was a disappointment. The rice was dry, the server was adding water to the already dry out beans and completely out of lettuce. No lettuce for Mexican? Umm. And barely any chicken of either Laredo or pepper/ onions. Was not a eye catching food tray. 1-2pm on Sunday. Just after church let out... good...

Been here a couple times now before going into work around noonish. Both times no one was behind the counter and I waited a good few minutes, second time I was there I asked the 711 employee if someone was working the taco place and I was told 711 doesnt manage that area.

Food smelled and looked pretty good though, so ill give it 2 stars for the food appearance so far.. ill update if I ever get...
