Gulf Hills Golf Club — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

As if July 13th 2022, some renovations begin to take place.

A few rooms are now gutted. That us needed. Looks like surveys are completed. Some property clearing us underway.

Some new landscapes around the beautiful Salt water pool.

It is also to be noted that Capones Restaurant, now has a morning breakfast pastry and coffee cappuccino and expresso bar, which is adjoining the hotel and is NOT A PART OF THE HOTEL. You can walk out any room and stroll across the parking spaces and sit comfortably in or outside. Fresh pastry and muffins and cakes and delicious stuffed breakfast pastries are available begin at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday thru Sunday.

It is a nice compliment to your stay at Gulf Hills resort.

A great lunch special is offered each day they are open.

Guests at the hotel can go to Capones and get golf carts snd play 9 holes on a great golf course.

Absolutely a world apart. Like a step back in time. It is coming back from some storm damage last year. The staff are very kind and accommodating.

A big Salt water pool. Nice suites. Old world. Old fashioned. It must have been quite a place in the mid 1900's.

We will be returning.

i wasn’t going to write a review on this place until you replied back to my husbands review calling him a liar. this was quite literally the worst course we have ever been to. it was impossible to get tees into the ground in the tee boxes, there was a literal tree root going through the ladies tee box, and the rough was so patchy that it was just pathetic. WHATS WORSE is that when we called yesterday and said verbatim “what’s the price for 18 holes?” we should have been told “hey this is a 9 hole course but you can play the nine twice for $10 more” there was no driving range for warm up at all, and hole one was so nicely manicured to draw us in but the rest of the course looked terrible. not to mention the divots on the greens on the last 3 holes. i only gave it an extra star because the woman behind the desk was...

When I called I asked for the price of 18 holes I wish they would have told me that this was only a 9 HOLE COURSE on the phone instead of waiting till I showed up well I played 9 holes anyway glad I didn’t pay for 18 HOLES the course is in rough shape can’t tell the difference between rough and fairways greens look like a wasteland not to mention the lady’s tee boxes I had to tee up almost all of my wide balls for her because the the ground was rock solid on the tee box not. No driving range to warmup they do have a chipping green that’s nicer than all the greens on the course. My opinion this course is not worth the 30$ should be more like 10$ a...
