All I can say is wow! I saw this place on a friend’s Facebook post as well as a foodie group and decided to check it out. Called early and was lucky enough to get a same day reservation. Arrived and was greeted by an attentive, busy, and most importantly EXCEPTIONALLY CARING staff. We tried the specials Eggplant Rollitini appetizer and Mushroom Ravioli in a Marsala sauce, as well as the highly recommended Chicken Parmigiana. I would go back for the eggplant every time it’s on the menu. I only got a taste of the mushroom and sauce as my wife was only willing to share a bite or two. The Chicken Parm was amazing. Each and every aspect of its creation was well planned and perfectly executed. The giant piece of thin chicken was fried perfectly in a combination of bread crumbs that brought me back to my grandmother’s kitchen. The cheese was melted wonderfully and the not too sweet, not too heavy, perfectly delicious sauce topped everything without making it mushy like most other places. We visited the Gulf Hills Gulf course yesterday, 2/2/24, and stopped to have lunch at Italy Terrace Restaurant, it was truly a delightful visit. We’ve been looking for a quaint and close atmosphere where we can just go for a quick lunch and drink. Well say No more this is it!!
I Highly recommend this location. Great for when you have company and want to just go out quickly in a great atmosphere! Or arrange to meet your neighbours and friends.
From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was welcoming! The ambiance felt so cozy. Kelly the waitress is fantastic! Affordable prices, food is delicious and Paul the owner came out to greet us, Both met our expectations!!
Overall, good food, service and prices!
It will Definitely be one of our go-to places, it is a Sweet Spot!

I had the Italian sub, a classic hoagie of Italian meats and cheeses with oil, lettuce, tomato and onion. My wife had the pizza steak and their tomato sauce is very good. As always the bread is crucial to the whole package and they have theirs shipped in from NJ and baked fresh on site. We moved from South Jersey in 2022.
