Burger King — Restaurant in Ocoee

I normally do not leave any reviews, but the experience at this Burger King was so bad that if I could give you negative stars I would. I was excited about getting the new burgers at Burger King.But much to my dis.Appointment, the service was awful.Never got anything to eat and I had to go to mcdonald's. Start it off by going through the drive through. As soon as I got to the order, .there was in front of me, I was told to wait to place my order.I waited about 5 minutes, and nobody came on the microphone.So I asked, should I go to the first window? they said yes go ahead proceed to the first window. When I got to the window, there was nobody there a few seconds later, an agitated staff member showed up and asked me what I wanted to order, she seemed frustrated and in a bad mood and she asked what I wanted, I told her, I wanted the new BBQ whopper, and also the crispy onion whopper junior. She seemed to not know what l was ordering (almost unfamiliar with the menu) she asked do you want the Duo whopper junior and I said, no. I repeated my order, she tried to put in the order into the computer system, which did not work? And then she started getting frustrated and she said, I hate the store.I hate the store. She started calling for a manager, she said she need their code. The manager finally showed up. They tried to work it out fiix the cash register, They couldn't.They were arguing in front of this cash register.So I asked them, Should I just come in the store in order?She said yes. I went into the store and it was empty. Except for 3 gentlemen, and it looked like an employee taken a break. So as I went to the front, there was nobody at the cashier and looked like 3 people were waiting to order. somebody was waiting at the online. About 10 minutes later after waiting. Somebody showed app took an order from one of the guys and then one another men told me he had been there a long time. I said maybe l should go across the street to McDonald's, one of the men said, couldn't hurt, because I've been here already 30 minutes. I decided to go to McDonald's. And got my order 5 minutes from the time of order to the time. I paid in the time I picked up. This is the last time I go to that burger.King terrible service. The corporate office should really send some shoppers.The employees are awful, they seem like unhappy employees which reflects on the customers, bad service. disgruntled employees who don't mind arguing in front of the customers. Super bad bad service never...

Lets rate the food quality and appearance. Past visits i was very disappointed Happy to say this visit amazed me! The quality of the hash browns in flavor and presentation 10 star. The quality and taste of our breakfast sandwich. Full of flavors cheesey delicious!!! Thank you for all the improvements to this location. Corp if ypur reading this. Please reach out the this gentleman from Claremont store and congratulate him for his influences.

Old review. Only one person running counter and drive thru. Hamburgers were cold dry and old. Tasted like they cooked hamburgers and kept them staged. Lettuce and tomato was fresh. French fries were actually good. Chicken fries were actually good. Drinks were good. Still don't recommend this location until they improve food freshness

Prio visit Warning ⚠️ don't go to this location. Waisted 20 min in drive thru. 🛑 Owner if you read this contact me. You need to fire the management and some staff. Your giving Burger King a bad name!

Tried to order in drive thru. Asked for breakfast burrito. Nope there out. Made different order. Lady takes for ever to respond. Takes order then tells us go to first window. Watched car leave first window never paid. Becuase no one at first window.No one at first Window so we move to 2nd window now. Get told we didn't get your order. We tell her our order. She says we don't have biscuits. We cancelled...

After a longgg wait 3 cars . We ordered the ch'king sandwich deluxe with bacon and cheese. and 1 whopper , small fry ,small coke as we had a coupon for whopper meal for $ 5.00 . Long wait at window . We pulled up in front of store to eat . We got 2 cheeseburgers instead of Whopper and medium coke. Employee came out with order for person who pulled up to get order brought to them .But it was not their order .So employee went down line of cars who were told to pull forward past window .I got his attention he took our 2 cheeseburger. Later brought our Whopper I told him I don't have cheese and bacon on my sandwich . After he left ,wife found 2 whoppers in bag . Somebody then parked behind us blocking us and walked into restaurant no doubt with a screwed up order as we watched about 4 or 5 cars,as people checked their orders they must of gotten screwed up because he would go to the car behind that one if it was correct which mostly Not he would go back inside to correct it .As he walked in and out of the restaurant( which was several times) he would not look toward us . So I assumed I was out cheese and bacon .Every order as we watched had to be corrected or belonged to somebody else . The time was around 1:30pm .
