Took my grandbabies to have dinner, we walk up and the lady at the counter looking at me and my grandbabies with distaste, no welcoming greeting nor smile, but I still continue placing my order she hands us our cups, they go to fill their drinks up and she is literally looking at them like they are going to break the Coke machine. I knew i should have just walked out and gone somewhere else but my grandkids were excited to have dairy Queen. We go sit down, the same lady that took her order came and just dropped our food on the table and walked away. I'm trying to be nice and cheerful not rude and mean in front of my grandkids. my granddaughter opens up her bag of chicken tenders and her gravy was spilled inside the bag, my granddaughter said it was okay she wasn't going to eat her gravy, she said maybe the lady was just having a bad day. Well this lady just turned my good day into a bad day just coming here, my burger was slightly cold, french fries weren't fresh. Anyways She was excited for her free dairy Queen cone so we went up there and we placed the order, another customer comes in they place an order next thing I know the lady in the back is yelling number three we were number one, well she got her Sundae she walked out and we were still standing there waiting for my granddaughters cone. So I approached the counter where the lady yelled number three and I asked her how long was it going to be for my ice cream cone and she told me how rude can you be. I told her I wouldn't be rude if I would have gotten my order first I felt that I was skipped. So she literally made me an ice cream cone that just had a dollop of ice cream on it not the pretty ones that they make. I was going to return it but my granddaughter saw her ice cream cone and she was all excited over it so I just handed it to her and just walked out with the intention of never coming back in here again. Read more8-00pn in the parking lot just off of the street. 8:18pm at the speaker. 8:32 pm at the window with a teenager who doesn’t know there is a manager working or not. I asked for a Mayer again. Finally, some girl came to the window declaring to be a manager. She just looked at me and I had to help her though it. She blamed the wait on a broken ice cream machine. She said they can’t make ice cream customers move up, but customers that order warm food, they can. How does that make since? Let warm food get cold? The biggest problem was the manager had no tac. No clue how to handle a complaint from a customer. Immediately she became overly defensive and said “We’re running our window sir”. Read moreHalf the employees were standing around the service window just chatting amongst eachother with no regard for the customers waiting in line. My parents ordered tacos and both got rock hard shells that were beyond stale. To try and redeem the night we got blizzards. Guess the mixers broken because for the THIRD time now we got blizzards that had all the ingredients on top and not mixed in. On top of that they were already melting and weren't served upside down because they knew they'd fall out. Absolute horrible service all around.. and this is coming from a person who works in the service industry, i tend to be gracious about this kind of thing because I understand people have a bad day sometimes. But every single visit has been this way since I moved here. I refuse to believe your staff is this incompetent and if they really are then you are paying them way too much.
