Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Odessa

I was there early last month at the 87th st location in Odessa. I paid with my debit card and like always there was confusion because I didn’t pay online. So I paid and then the young man behind the register said that the system is down. So on the first transaction I left a tip so that was another ordeal because once they got the system up the amounts didnt match because I didn’t leave a tip on the second time I swiped my card. They assured me I would only get charged once. But that was not true. I was charged $16 twice so I ended up paying $32 for a $16 pizza. So I called when the charges cleared so I called the store and they said that the regional manager was the only one that could issue a refund, to call back the next day at 10:30 when he was there. I tried for 3 days but finally realized that it wasnt worth it. Really?? Nobody can issue a $16 refund? I’ll never purchase anything from them again. Ordered a pizza and a drink using the online app, paid generous 20% tip in advance, tip alone over $6.00. Pizza was delivered timely and was good, but my drink was not delivered. Driver "Stacie" had walked some distance away from my door before I could holler "Drink?" to let her know that my drink was missing. She replied that "they didn't include a drink", and just kept walking. When I reiterated that I had ordered a drink she said something unintelligible and still just kept walking. No apology, no attempt to make things right. She made it quite clear that she could care less. Last time I try to be nice by tipping in advance, and last time I order from this Domino's.

Then I filed a claim using their lame "Delivery Insurance" in the online app. It offered me some credits toward future purchases, but that's not what I want. I want money back for the drink that I did not receive, and I want my tip money back, and I want additional compensation for...

I ordered my pizza on the app like I always do, I left right after I placed my order to get to the store and not 5 minutes after I leave I get the text to come get it. I get there and wait 20+ minutes for someone to quit obviously ignoring the window, finally get someone that's been peeking up at the window off and on the whole time to the window and I tell him I'm picking up my order, he says "ok" and goes back to what he was doing like I wasnt there. Someone else comes to the window, I let her know I'm picking up my order, she says "ok" and goes looking for it and I notice that it's not in a warmer, nothing. She hands the pizza out the window and the bottom of the box wasnt even hot at that point and as soon as she let's the box go, she closes the window like she KNEW it was cold and everyone started ignoring the window again.
