Smoothie King — Restaurant in Odessa

Marcy is the best! She is kind and always makes our smoothies with a consistent taste. I have to be strict with what I put in my smoothies and Marcy is the only person who has gotten my orders correct 100% of the time. I order 3-5 times a week. She is fast, very knowledgeable about ingredients and the smoothies. Several others have incorrectly made my orders and the wait has been over 30 minutes before, especially when ordering through the app. You still wait 15+ minutes at times when you go to pick it up in the mornings and afternoon.

Update: I started to go in the evening and Haley has made my smoothies a few times and she makes them perfect. She is really nice and is always smiling! Love the evening staff at...

Horrible customer service. Lady (brunette hair) saw us there and didn't take our order until 5/6 minutes after when the store was completely empty. When taking the order she had an attitude and when getting my order she didn't give it correctly and i was charged for the extra thing she didn't give me. She gave me attitude when i told her about the missing item and completely rolled her eyes at me and annoyed she didn't seem to fix the problem so I just left and told her it was fine.

She obviously has an attitude problem and if she doesn't like to work there maybe find another job that doesn't require for her to greet people because she can't even...

Worst smoothie I have ever had from a Smoothie King. On March 16, 2023, I stopped in around 3pm. I ordered a 32 oz chocolate hulk smoothie. The first smoothie, that the young guy made, wasn't a full cup. I made a question about it and he was told to make another. The second smoothie was made. I grabbed it and left. Once I began drinking, noticed it tasted watered down and awful. Not sure if he is in training but that was a waste of $12 for me. I will not be back to that...
