Jack 'n' Jill Donuts — Restaurant in Odessa

Very unprofessional and extremely rude! I went this morning to get my kids donut holes before school. I first asked if they had donut holes and the lady said yes so I went ahead and ordered a dozen of glazed donut holes and a dozen of chocolate donut holes. I give her my card and she goes $29 and shuts the window, so I honked and I was like $29?? For donut holes and she starts arguing with me saying “you said donuts not donut holes” we went back and forth and I was like regardless I’m not arguing with you. You haven’t made my order so give me a refund and she goes to tell me “ I don’t know what to tell you, you already paid, I’m not giving you your money back” it took another argument back to finally get my money back. The lady in the drive through seems to not like her job... I also see she looks pregnant... The men seem to be nice... She doesn't know how to greet people and need better customer service.. I've been going almost everyday, at first thought she just had a bad day, but honestly no. It makes me think she has to work, instead of assisting the window please get someone else who actually like working the window, makes me not want to go...

Their donuts are pretty delicious. The kolaches are soft dough, which I like better than some of the places offering them.

Staff is friendly, and seemed to be on a first name basis with some of the customers we observed...
