Ledgens Pizza — Restaurant in Odessa

I do not recommend this place for anyone. First I wanna say the prices is outragoues and the manager was awful, for further explanation I ordered pizza, salad, and wings, the pizza was small and the cheese smelled absolutely disgusting the salad bar looks like the vegetables have been sitting there's for a very long time and also had an odd smell, the wings were extremely dry and huge unlike other restaurants. I paid around 60-70 dollars and when I asked for a refund they told me they don't give back refunds and all they could give me was 25 dollars that I could only spend in there restaurant. I took the offer as it was my only choice but my second experience was just as bad if not worse. I got 2 sandwiches that day for me and my husband the meat inside looked and tasted raw there was an outrages amount of sauce that had a salsa consistency which made it soggy and unbearable to eat 🤢🤢 just one look at them was unapetizing enough, those sandwiches ended up in the trash again I do ❗️NOT❗️recommend this...

Called a pizza in. Asked if I could get the supreme and just switch a couple of toppings, she said yes. I also asked for the pizza to be well done. She said 15-20 min, I was hoping it would take longer because I wanted it well done. I got there after about 25 min. Pizza was sitting on a metal shelf with NO heat lamp. So who knows how long it had been there. My total was $30. I asked for receipt. They charged me to REPLACE the other two toppings. I asked her why, she said she has to charge me. I told her I wish I would have known or been told. I should have just gotten a refund then. I get home and have to put the pizza in the oven for longer. The toppings were lacking for $30 pizza. I started eating the pizza after baking it another 5 min. Found out all of my dough under the cheese was RAW. I've served at many restaurants, I've been to many more, and I've never had such flawless service. I called to verify the address, and the man I spoke to went above what I asked for and gave me exact and easy-to-follow directions from where I was at and was extremely helpful before even seeing me or knowing I was coming. When we came in, it was pretty chilly, so we asked if we could turn the thermostat up a bit. As a server, we got asked this often. Truthfully, I've never seen a thermostat touched. But it was immediately and very noticeably fixed, I was able to take off my jacket and enjoy my food. Tony and his other manager were so professional and personable, the embodiment of the restaurant the represented.
