Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Odessa

Obviously it's coffee!! But it's some of the most delicious coffee you can get around here. I've been excited to get one in our city for a while, and TODAY IS GRAND OPENING! 12/8/23 I got some really cool stickers, and my beautiful hazelnut truffle hot coffee. This coffee house makes their own blends and customs. All employees are insanely kind, respectful and really positive happy people. The interactions are always top tier, here. They even have drinks available for kiddos too, and other options besides coffee if you choose. 10/10 I highly recommend this coffee house. Not only are the drinks great and friendly service, but they even have an app and reward system to stack up for free stuff. Wooh! In the app you can also order ahead if you'd like and browse that cool menu as it updates for seasons. Remember WHEN YOU ORDER HOT, IT IS WAY MORE HOT THAN YOU'RE EXPECTING. First time ever going to any Dutch Bros and I could not of asked for a better experience. If you were there around 4 o’clock on December 13th you were wearing a pink shirt and a beanie and the girl that took my order was wearing a green shirt. I didn’t catch either of your names, but y’all are the best customer service people. I think I’ve ever met the girl in the pink shirt brought my stuff all the way out to me in the rain because I was on crutches. Takes way too long, had to leave without drinks so I wouldn't miss an appointment which I had given myself extra time to get to. Prepaid on tablet the outside attendant has, so I paid for nothing in the end. On top of that the window attendant was flirting and chatting with the car in front of us.
