It's always hit or miss when we go. Tonight took the cake. We were seated first at the grill. Then shortly after a very rowdy, obnoxious, obviously stoned group of 4 teens were sat with us. They reeked of weed, were yelling and cussing and wouldn't calm down. Another couple was sat after them and the one on the opposite end wouldn't even let them sit in the chair next to him. They only got worse. They were discussing trying to order alcohol and when my husband ordered a beer & got carded one of the group asked the other guy if he would let him use his ID. We ended up not only ordering our food, we also ordered food to take home to the kids.
We finally have enough and I spoke with the hostess requesting to move or that someone would ask them to calm down. The manager never speaks to us, instead tells her to tell us they can't do anything about it and that we weren't allowed to move because the order was already placed. (We hadn't even gotten our salads, mind you, so the food wasn't being made yet, since they cook in front of you.) So we told her that we would be leaving and requested the bill to pay for my Pepsi & my hubby's beer. She asked if we wanted to speak to the manager and we said we did. She finally comes back over after several minutes and said he wouldn't talk to us, he wouldn't be speaking to that group but that we could move.
Fast forward to a much more pleasant table and a fun grill chef. The server didn't bring my hubby's salad but other than that it was a nice experience. Food was mediocre but still decent. We get the bill and we are charged for extra noodles (we never get them). It was a difference of $3 so I asked for that to be taken off. The extra food never came out, nor was it on the bill. At that point we weren't willing to wait so we let it go. We get the "corrected" bill and she only took off $2. This is, by far, the worst experience we've had there. Compared to other restaurants the only one equally as bad is Frisky's Brewery. I don't know that we will ever return, we will have to just drive the extra miles and go to Midland's. We couldn't even get an apology, the correct bill, the correct food, nor the proper customer service everyone deserves. The best part? Those high as a kite teens left a mess that out-did a group of toddlers! I've never seen so much rice and food literally on the entire table & floor! It took 3 people to clean their 4 seats/areas! Maybe next time the manager...

The ambience is very nice and upscale feeling, so we had expectations that the whole experience would match, sadly it did not.
To start off the soup tastes like powdered bullion with some added acidity.
The sushi (VIP Roll) was good, I just find $20.99 a roll a bit outrageous for something that isn’t extra special.
And then on to the hibachi meals- the menu is quite confusing and repetitive with the same thing being priced differently in different spots. Also, everything seemed to be an additional cost, for example, to have the steamed rice included in your hibachi plate switched to fried is extra. What!?!? Where does fried rice not come with your hibachi plate?
The side salad was the smallest I’ve ever seen (photos includes, but it was also served in a cone cup so it appears larger) I had one piece of celery, lettuce, and the shredded carrots on top.. that was it.
Our meals were horrible. We ordered medium steak and it was charred and cooked until completely dry. The teriyaki chicken (which was the only chicken I saw on the whole menu) was way too sweet and the chicken pieces were little crumbles. The scallops were burnt flavored and didn’t flake at all. I think the best way to describe the texture is like a jelly/rubber feel. We couldn’t cut it with a fork.
The side veggies should have just been called zucchini and onions because that’s all it was.
Our server was not present. We spend a lot of time waiting for him.
We spent over $100 before tip on dinner for two with no drinks. Twice what we ordinarily spend, in this area, on a comparable (but much...
Read moreI had the absolute pleasure of dining at Osaka restaurant and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly blended modern elegance with traditional Asian design elements.
The menu was a true celebration of Asian cuisine, offering a diverse range of dishes that catered to every palate. I started with the crab puffs, which were delicate, flavorful, and paired with a perfectly balanced dipping sauce.
I recently tried the atomic tempura shrimp, and it was an explosion of flavor in every bite! The shrimp were perfectly cooked—juicy, tender, and wrapped in a light, crispy tempura batter that had just the right amount of crunch. What truly set this dish apart was the bold, spicy sauce that coated each piece. It had a fiery kick that balanced beautifully with the sweetness of the shrimp, creating a flavor profile that was both exciting and addictive.
My husband’s plate of steak and shrimp was an absolute showstopper! The steak was cooked to perfection, with a beautifully seared crust and a juicy, tender center that melted in your mouth. Every bite was rich and flavorful, seasoned just right to let the quality of the meat shine.
The staff were incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the food. They made thoughtful recommendations and ensured every detail of the experience was perfect.
Osaka restaurant is a culinary gem that beautifully showcases the richness and variety of Asian cuisine. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for an exceptional meal, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and try more of their...
