PRESOTEA ODESSA — Restaurant in Odessa

Pros: fast service, easy ordering on the kiosks, cute interior, expansive menu with lots of customization options Cons: order wasn't entirely correct, employees seemed confused about the oat milk option

First off, I'm profoundly grateful that Odessa has a nice boba tea bar. I certainly wasn't expecting anything this nice here! It being my first time here, I admit that I was confused why I couldn't get any of the employees to take my order, until I discovered the kiosk. Maybe you should put up a sign 'ordering only through kiosk'?

It's also really cool that you place your order through a kiosk, so you can customize your drinks as much as you want without having to annoy a person with your complicated order (ie: "milk tea, with oat milk, no ice and no sugar"). That being said, one of my no ice drinks had ice in it, and I'm not sure they used oat milk in any of the drinks that requested it. It sounded like there was some confusion about how to incorporate oat milk into the drinks, but the employees didn't even bother to call me over and tell me there was a problem or say 'hey we can't put oat milk in this one'. For me this was only mildly annoying, but for someone else it could be a big deal.

As for the drinks themselves, the genmaicha milk tea was fantastic! Everything else I tried was meh or kind of bland, particularly the creme brulee milk tea. Also, the boba tasted undercooked; chewy on the outside, still hard in the center. Maybe the staff was just having an off day?

Overall, ok drinks and service, but could stand some improvement. Keep at it, you're close to being on par with boba tea bars...

Bad customer service. The employees there are so busying ignoring customers who are waiting for their drinks that they prefer to make more drinks. We just had 4 groups of people waiting for drinks. Some of which were waiting nearly 10 minutes after they got their text to pick up their drinks, and even waited as one employee made over 2 drinks and still not hand them out. There were 9 drinks made and none were handed out. The 2 employees decided to go make more drinks. After waiting so long, I got frustrated and cussed. I said: Can we get our fucking drinks? I got kicked out, but not after one of the employees had a hissy fit. She did not even register why I was upset, nor did she even try to find out. She was too busy asserting her dominance instead of figuring anything out. I will admit, I should not have cursed, but the fact that their service was so bad is pathetic. It shows the values of the store is more about making money than providing customer service.

Do not go to this place. The employees are children who have no concept of professionalism. This really shows with the fact that one of the employees had her earbuds in her ear and so loud that she could not hear me until she...

The drinks are really good but very bad customer service, I went to get a drink by myself and when I came in I had to say Hello first because nobody greeted me, and I got no answer back from the two girls that were there, not even looked at me, when they called out my name I said Thank you! Like any polite person would say, and I got no answer back, I went to my car and when I took a sip they forgot the oat milk because I straight up hate regular milk, I can tell, and I politely went again and they didn’t said no word to me, I told them that they might of forgotten the oat milk and she didn’t said a word, she just took my drink and made another one, when I left said thank you and she said mjm. I don’t really write reviews but I expected at least a thank you or a hello, this is bad customer service, it was a blonde girl and a big girl, I do know the names but they need to get better staff then that and Im sure Im Not the only one.
