Whataburger — Restaurant in Odessa

As a native Texan who has consumed their fair share of Whataburger, this is quite possibly the worst one I have ever ate from. Employee never read order back over the speaker. Ordered several meals and all were wrong. Ordered a large Patty melt meal with extra sauce. I recieved cold food and a hot drink. My burger had less sauce than normal, not extra, I recieved medium fry and drink, my fried were ice cold with no salt and none of them where longer than an inch..just little pieces of fries. My tea had no ice and was warm. I also ordered a spicy chicken meal with no vegetables, they did not even put the mayo on it. Coke had little ice and fries were the same, small unsalted and cold. I also had a kid meal, the same problems with the fries and tea, also missing the ketchup and pickles. I was asked if I wanted ketchup, I requested alot of spicy and a few regular for the kids. I recieved 2 spicy and 1 regular for 3 meals! The taste was not there. Several locations in odessa, it's definitely worth driving a few extra miles to get good food instead of stopping here. I want to start off by saying I've eaten at several whataburgers throughout the state of Texas. I'm a huge whataburger fan and this is by far the best one I've eaten at so far everyone is kind, by the time I fill my cup and sit down my food is there, and it always taste great. I've eaten here twice and both times my fries were fresh and they were quick. If I could give ten stars I would this is definitely a 10 outta 10 recommendation. This one made me actually decide to leave reviews for every whataburger I visit from here on out and I'll stick to that. On top off the food being amazing and quick the bathrooms have been clean as well as the tables. We went to this newly renovated Wataburger and thought it was neat that they were trying to copy Chick-fil-a having a two lane drive through. Thought maybe that only ordering two medium drinks and one burger we would be in and out within 15 minutes. Instead, we waited for more than 40 minutes for the car hop not only forget our order, but bring out the wrong order that belonged to the car behind us. Then went back in for another 10 minutes, then finally brought our order. He was apologetic, but this caused my tasking to be off due to such a ridiculous long wait. I say if you don't mind waiting half of the day for your order this is the place for you. The food ended up being cold and drinks watered down. I will probably not ever go to this "new"...
