Great store w/ a MAJOR PROBLEM: Well you certainly can save considerable amount of money over Home Depot and Lowe's, it's a crapshoot whether or not you're going to get a quality product or a piece of junk. I have personally bought items there that both have lasted a long time and, recently comma a leaf blower that failed in 2 weeks! So, three stars = 50/50. Just being honest.

And while on the subject of honesty, I think management could better instruct their employees when it comes to "returns." This is a highly-charged (negatively, that is), extremely sensitive matter for the employees there. Of the 1 or 2 returns I've HAD to do in the last 5 to 7 years, it felt like an interrogation and the employees attitudes were such that....well, I'm not here to bad-mouth anybody rather just tell the truth. You get the idea. They need to have a much more forgiving return policy like Lowes and Home Depot. They are not a local business they are a chain just like the other big box stores so there is no excuse 4 returns to be such a hot-button topic for them at...

The store alone is a great place to find what I need for what ever job I'm doing. Customer service is usually great up until yesterday me and my boyfriend went to the store to get a tool that was very much needed for the Job I was doing. So we looked around trying not to find the tool and my boyfriend said let's ask I said ok. So he stops a lady in the wrench isle and he I was guessing was waiting for her to get off her phone when I walked up and of course said she didn't know well for starter's she shouldn't have been on her phone and if you don't know find out. So I tried to find a man that worked there with no success.
