Suprisenly the manager was the order taker on drive thru & was very rude. He talked really fast, unclear repeated order back wrong so I corrected & I verified it. Then when I got to the pickup window he only stated how much I owed him so I asked him to please repeat the order again to verify the correction and he replied in a rude tone..So let me get this straight, You want me to repeat the order for a third time! I replied yes please. So he did it and took my card. Didn't say thankyou, have a nice day or anything he gave me a smug look and walked away from the window. I called and asked for Loyd at the other store on 42 & Grandview was informed he was with mister Cox. I won't shop at the store on Andrews Highway again. Please reevaluate...

I never been to this place before and decided I wanted to give it a try. Best decision ever!!! I seen the love of my life/ baby daddy(he just don’t know it yet tehehehe🤪🤭). I ordered a meat burrito and this sophisticated young man recommended I get sour cream!?? I was like “weirdddddd” but in the end I took his advice (hopefully his heart too), and O M G it was FKN delicious! I bet that caramel boy is too 👀… I came back the next day for a “burrito” , as I was eating my food and was watching my Snookie bear, I realized he is FUNNY AS 2 THE F !!! Does anyone know this boy?? Always check your order for extra items u want added to your food .. The female mgr was preparing my order .. You would think SHE would be one to count on to get your order correct .. But No ..!!! I opened my taco burger .. No extra cheese!! I went up and told her I paid for extra cheese on everything.. But its not on my taco burger .. She statedthat she put extra cheese on burritos but not the taco burger! .. I had to rush out because of a phone call . once home No extra cheese.. Best to check everything!
